I am doing a study for my sociology class to see what the average time frame for each of the following is (in terms of relatinships). You can use the time frames you used in your own relationships, or what you view the norm is. I know it is all relative upon the people involved and each individual relationship, but please provide what you beleive to be the 'usual' time frame.

1.) How long the couple is together before they become intimate

2.) How long the couple is together before they say 'I love you'

3.) How long the couple is together before they move in together

4.) How long before the couple becomes engaged

5.) How long an average engagement lasts.

Thanks for your help

Better off explaining how relationships tend to be based on the individuals that make it, and that generalize human relationships into formulas like that doesn't give credit to the fact that all those things have different factors BASED on the individuals perceptions. Some people will say love right off the back, some what ever get intimate with their interactions tell well after marriage. But really human relationships is were psychology and sociology mixes, so thats a bs assignment he thru at you, so all you can really give back in apply is bs. So go with everyones "Conceptional" ideals behind that, in other words, just make it up, theres no DEFINING satistics on this.... stupid sociology teachers....
