just be honest. if they reject you, at least you weren't lying. and just tell them you thought you were getting different signals, and stay friends. =)

I don't know the person but just about "everyone" appreciates seeing a pleasant "face" when they go anywhere. Wherever you are with that person, find out all that you can about them before you "put" your fondness of them. Is the person living with someone, are they engaged or married? These questions need to be answered BEFORE you put yourself out there "on the limb." Now if you can find out these things, then you can invite them to a "work social." You know, a place where the folk on the job go, AFTER a hard day's work. Even if you or the fellow doesn't "drink," he/she will feel more comfortable in a "rested" environment such as a place like this. Do you or he smoke? Sometimes a thing as "lightweight" as this can turn a person all the way off. Don't act like a lawyer, but do find out whatever you can under these circumstances. Now if the office folk are going out to dinner or something more "formal," even then you could find a way to "pose" questions that you need answered. Whatever you do, make sure the person knows that you are a pleasant and dear person. This will make him/her more receptive and desirous of your company. What shall we then say to these things? If GOD be for us, who can be against us? - Romans 8:31. The Lord daily loadeth us with BENEFITS, even the God of our salvation. Selah. - Psalm 68:19. - I wish you well. Peace, Love and God Bless.

dont tell him just show him. If he feels the same he'll respond back if he doesnt u'll save urself the embarassment since u'll have to face him everyday. Many people do not recommend relationships at the place of work but that doesnt mean they are 100% bad. Some work out well.
Good luck

Never, ever, ever get in a relationship with someone you work with. There is just too much drama involved if the relationship doesn't work out. Date outside of work. Trust me.

Relationships with co-workers NEVER work. You're asking for more trouble than you want.

Workplace romances are a really, really, really bad idea. Are you going to marry him? Probably not. Then when the relationship is over.............there he is, at work with you again.
