I just broke up with my boyfriend of 1 year one week ago. It was long overdue and I feel so relieved. It was a bad relationship (I was always lied to).
ANYWAY, I met this new amazing guy the day after. He went around telling everyone that he really liked me and wanted a relationship with me but he didn't want to be a rebound. Now it's as though he's ignoring me! I text him, initiate conversation on MSN, but he doesn't seem interested. I asked him to come out on Saturday night but he declined. Why is he telling everyone he likes me if he's avoiding me? Is it because he thinks I need time so he's NOT a rebound? I am ready to move on, so should I tell him this? HELP!

We are doing the long distance relationship thing but its been tough. It seems like she is not being honest with me about things but I can't be sure. I know girls probably have certain ways that they would be able to know and I was just wondering if someone could help me out.

I seem to have this recurring problem with all my boyfriends (not that there have been that many!) and I was wondering if anyone could tell me anything I can do to resolve it. Firstly, with all my boyfriends, despite them being the ones who liked me and asked me out, they don't seem to take intiative when it comes to sex. I ALWAYS have to make the first move for things to get, well, steamy. I don't understand this. It makes me feel exasperated. I am sure, as young men, they must want to, but they never take control. Any ideas as to how to get them to do this?
Secondly, most of them seem to have a problem with staying the distance, if you know what I mean. Not like it's a clinical problem, but it's usually been over in about five minutes. Is this normal, or is it something I am doing wrong? Is there anything I can do to make it better? All help is much appreciated, thank you.

someone? If you are able to message back and forth through the service, is there a reason you should or shouldn't give your e-mail to a stranger? I feel uncomfortable when the guys ask right away for my e-mail address or give me theirs. Is my feeling legitimate?

My bf and I recently got back together (about a month ago), and at the beginning, he was very romantic, always telling me he loved me, etc. (We dated for a year before, and we're both 24). Anyway, recently, he's stopped saying that so much...now he only says it in response to my saying it first. I mentioned to him today that I would really like to hear how he feels about me more often. He said my telling him that makes him want to be more standoffish and not say "i love you" as much.

So, my question is...what do I do? How do I make myself feel better if trying to talk to him about it just pushes him away? What will make him tell me this more often?

My boyfriend and I went to a large city recently and he was amazed by the big airplanes that we've never got to see up close. He has always been thrilled by the thought of being a pilot but has never been up before. For his 21st bday on Sept. 28th, I want to send him for a flight lesson and then if he enjoys it have him continue to get a pilots lic. Is a flying lesson a good 21st bday gift??? Especially if hes never done it but always wanted too???

and finally my friend asked him if he "liked" me.
and he said yes.
and no.
no because he didn't know if i liked him.
and because there's a girl who he dates off and on and the girl is still in LOVE with him.
well he got really excited when my friend told him i liked him and before that the first thing he said was to ask where i was.
but i dunno what's going to happen.
do you think he will stay away from me just because of the other girl?

well awhile back he was making out with this girl...this is before we really got close so i don't think he was being a jerk...and i made some kind of funny comment about it as a joke and he got all defensive about it and said he didn't really want to and he regretted it.
that's when i 1st got the notion he might like me

Me and him were really good friends last year, and all through summer. Even at the beginning of this school year we still talked w/e we seen eachother. I really like him but he didnt know, but our friends told me he liked me. Then one day he just stopped talking to me. I dont why. When we see eachother in the halls he just looks straight ahead and doesnt even aknowledge me. I say hi and he'll just look at me w/ out replying. I didnt do anything to upset him. I know this seems really childish, but I have no clue whether he likes me or not, so I wanted to get a nuetral opinion.
I'm 17 and the best of friends with this guy I like. (Great situation to be in right?) I don't want to risk my friendship with him by coming out and telling him that I like him. I'm not exactly an love novice, so I'd like everyone's opinion. ...He flirts a lot, but sometimes I wonder whether he realizes he's doing it.

- We laugh constantly when we're together
-We're not shy around each other at all.
- During conversation we always keep eye contact
- He teases me a lot.
- He will randomly reach over and touch my arm or knee or something.
- He sits by me in every class (his choice)
- Today in marching band he just randomly walked up to me grabbed my hand and placed it on his chest so I could feel his heart beat...

There are more things, but I guess I just think that maybe I only notice these things becaus

The simple way to put this would be that me and my boyfriend *Frank never ever argue we have an excellent sex life and no complaints...
I'm freaked out because everything is too perfect...
I'm only 18 (as is he)
When we talk he gives what I call commercially based answers ...which means that its exactly what I would wanna hear...
we've been together almost 7 months but I rebounded quickly from the 3 yr relationship before (2days)(we had big reasons why we broke up)
So am I just scared of commitment or is the idea of a perfect relationship simply unrealistic?
&& my bf now has never had an actual relationship...
He's only "associated"(he doesn't claim them) with other girls (sex was 90% of the time involved)...
So... Um...

If your boyfriend has a female friend who always phones him when she's drunk and gets a little stroppy with him sometimes and generally texts him a lot and gets annoyed if he doesn't go out for a drink with her when she's in town, does this mean she's after him?
And if so, what can you do to feel okay about it without coming across like an annoying jealous girlfriend? Are there any good methods to subtly get her to back off without telling your boyfriend you don't want her acting like that?
