That is, what is the difference between "confident" and "arrogant/cocky" (although some women do like a guy who is "arrogant"/"cocky")...If you could provide examples of each in terms of how a guy might act each out, that would be great...

to get married immidiately. After his mother died, he wanted me to be there for him, and for some reason, he thought i was gonna leave him. After I come he start saying that he is VERY scared, so gave some time, because he never really had a serious girlfriend before me, and now he wants to get married. That may be a little scarry. Now a year after, he is still not really talking about the wedding anymore, and keep saying he scared still. I am tired of giving "Some time" after all this time. Should I just leave him and get someone else, because this sitiuation hurt me a lot.

P.S.: we are together for 3 years now. Never benn in any arguments or misunderstanding before this. He is very respectful.

PLEASE no stupid answer.

We we're best friends before we went out. now we took a shot at the dating thing, and it seemed to have gone really bad. we've been going out for over 2 years. we also didn't talk to each other for about a year before that, and we've done a lot of stupid things. we talk casually, but I don't know what to do. we aren't as close as we use to be.

So...I'm a teenager, I would say I have a pretty nice face (not like OMG GORGEOUS, but definitely not ugly). I'm slender, 110 pounds and im 5'3''. I do have some curves, and I do dance regularly so I have a toned body. The only thing is, I barely fill out an A cup...
Basically, I have a nice face, a pretty nice overall shape, and an outgoing personality but no boobs...
I just want to know how much it matters to guys. I'm going into highschool next year and I want to start dating, but I'm scared nobody will like me because of it...

I have not known this guy very long, but I keep thinking about him. He knows I'm in a rocky relationship which I'm trying to get out of.

I think he would think he is too old for me. Problem is I see him in a "professional" setting only. I won't be seeing him for that long either but I want to give him some idea that I am interested before then. I'm not great at flirting - its something new for me, I've always been very shy. Before I meet him I get so nervous, but once I'm there I relax and he puts me at ease.

im a quiet type person, loving very discrete and private, very smart and talented, absolutly love to laugh and joke around, however im also quick tempered, very sensitive and straight to the point. Okay, so I'm 14. My best guy friend (& only guy friend) was staring at my boobs today and another time too. Yeah, my shirt was kinda low, but only because I didn't want to sweat because it was so hot today & I have to work outside with younger kids at a park for 3 hours. He like looks at them, not for a long time, like a couple of seconds. He doesn't do anything though. He just stares. He's did it like 2 or 3 times today and 2 or 3 times the last time too. So, he's only 13. I like him though. I just was curious, what's he thinking when he sees my boobs? I know it's a strange question, but wouldn't YOU be curious too if you were in my situation? So, really I just need an honest answer. PLEASE!

I met this guy because of a friend and he lives really near me and so me, my friend, and him hang out a lot and it seems he's developed an interest in me.

Its only been a few days, he asked for my phone number
and my friend gave it to him and I just agreed not thinking twice.

He called me the minute he got my phone number, he talks to me for HOURS. He talks about love, romance, yadda yadda. I can't hang up...I need some help!
And now he calls me every 15 minutes...EVERYDAY.
LITERALLY! I'm NOT joking.

I have no dating interest in him whatsoever and never led him on or anything. How do I tell him that I don't want him to call?
Yes, I've tried ignoring his calls but he just calls me MORE and MORE even if I don't pick up. He leaves me at least 3 LONG messages everyday and I think I'm on my last nerve.

My bf and I were at a bar hanging out w/ our friends. At the end of the night he walked me to my car and was going to grab something to eat with his friend before coming over to my place, as he was kissing me, his ex drove by and goes "get a room" in a really friendly voice and was smiling (she still wants him but she's nice to me and we say hello occasionally.) When I got home, my bf calls me n asked me to pick him up and then goes "I freaking love you, i hate stupid girls." I knew he was drunk so ignored it, the next day his friend told him that he was making out with his ex in the restroom, my bf felt really bad and told me about it, but says he doesn't remember, he just remembers his ex asking if he still had feelings for her and he said "i don't feel $h^t" and she slapped him. I know this is the entire truth because i spoke to his ex, him and his friend....but i don't know if i should give him another chance or not, i'm just upset it even happened. what do you all think??

So, had to say no to hanging out with T. last night. He asked me to hang out at his place and I couldn't:( We've been going out casually for about 1 and a half months... is it ok to take the initiative and ask him if he wants to come hang out at my place tonight? My boyfriend asked me today while we were fooling around if I would take a shower with him, because it was on my lunch hour I said no because of a lack of time, but I was wondering if were to do it next time should he wear a condom in the shower just in case? Even though we wouldn't be having sex I still would be afraid something may happen which would cause me to become pregnant. Should I be concerned?

I was in a LDR and we made plans to be together. During that time, he got in some trouble. Well that made me think long and hard about our relationship. Well anyway he decided to marry somebody else. He tried to keep it a secret, but his sister called to let me know. I did havea gut feeling that something was wrong. I stuck with him thru some hard times. Now that he seems to have his life together, I feel that I should've been the one he chose. I live 300 miles way. If he wanted to have me in his life, he would've gotten an apt for us and I know I could've found a job. The parents of his new wife bought them a car and an apt also. I beat myself up thinking that if I would've been with him, he wouldn't have done the things he did and I would've been the one he wanted to marry. What makes it so hard is that the last couple of conversations we had, he kept saying how he wished I was there and that he loved me so much.
