Singles & Dating - 5 June 2007

So I work with this guy and I think he's great. He seems nice and shy just like me. But, I don't know how to talk to him. I can't just go up to him, or pass a note, I need help. Plus I don't know if he has a girlfriend or not. What should I do? She I just let him go, or how do I go about talking to him and getting to know him. I'm really attracted to him! Help please! I'm not some stupid teen either that needs stupid advice. So please be honest.

So he was such a jerk! I wont go into details about why.... But anyway he went away for a month and know he is coming back, but there are like 4 things that he has never seen me with, straight hair, pierced ears, make-up, pink highlights, and a certain type of outfit that he would never think to see me wear. I was going to do all of those things the day he comes back [he might not even reconize me!] so he can see what a jerk he was and to get back at him.... but I am wondering if I should do it.

Ok, I met this cute guy last summer. He's like hanging around me. He smiles and greets me everytime we bumped into each other until I developed a crush on him.

Things changed after that. He started to ignore me. The thing which confuses me the most is whenever I ignore him when he's around he tries to communicate with me.. but If I started to pay him attention or whenever I started to converse with him, he treats me coldly and ignores me at some point.

I even tried adding him up at my YM but he ignored my request. What should I do? Should I forget about him already and move on with my life? By the way, he's younger than me.

its the old story...im friends with a guy,ive known him for about a year...there was no attraction at first other than he was fun and easy to chat to. im not sure how he feels about me.. just silly little things that are making me think......he noticed i had my haircut when no one else did,made a joke about me going on holiday and not to have a "holiday romance"... when i got home he phoned to say he missed me,then asked me if i meet anyone while i was away...we once had a 12 hour phone convo!! when he phones me sometimes he has had a drink ..is this for courage..so he can laugh off his comments and say "oh i was drunk" if i dont say i feel the same... he said he thinks there is more to our relationship than just friendship.....dont want to let my self fall for a friend cos if im wrong it will make the friendship between us awkward....

My mate of 3 years pulled another all-nighter. He came home at 9:00 am the next morning and went to bed. I searched his cell phone... I know...bad me, but I found a text message that said "why didn't youcome home with me last night?" I question him and he said he doesn't know who this woman is. I suspect he gave out his cell number while he was drunk. What should I do? At least it said that he didn't go home with her?

Why do people seem to think that BD/SM is all about kinky sex? I think many of you have gotten the Playboy BS into your heads somehow, and can't seem to understand that the Lifestyle is NOT about sex at all. It's about serving your Dominant, in all things. It's about subspace, an endorphin high that is totally awesome to experience, and about putting your sub/slave into that state, or if a submissive, getting to that state, not about "tie me down and f*ck me". Why can't people seem to understand this? We are not the dangerous, psycho sick killers that is portreyed by the media to make profits with their lies. We are extremely careful NOT to cause injury, or death, but the media would have you believe otherwise, and sensationalise reports in the news to get rating, and nothing else. Next time you have a question about this, go to those who actually know, not the media, or the "Tie me down..." people. I have broken up with my ex for 6 weeks now, we tried the whole giving space, talking once a week, for a month beforehand, but I couldn't handle it cause she was the one that didn't have feelings for me, and i was still in love with her..... so i broke it off.... then i heard 2 days after i broke it off she had slept with someone.... i gave her a pretty nasty phone call after this, and i haven't spoken to her since.... I got a phone call from one of my best mates who had been talking to her, and he said she was doing it pretty tough and that she thought about me all the time, and wants to get back with me..... Do you think she was just after sympathy? or is it a case of absence makes the heart grow fonder? I still have feelinigs for her but she hurt me pretty bad with sleeping with someone, and i am enjoying my single life....

Our first break up wasn't really a break up. We just drifted apart once we spent a small amount of time together we fell in love again. Last weekend we spent together in a hotel and really feel in love again. Next weekend we are going to S.F. All of this behind the back of her live in boyfriend. I was ok with the promissed break up and was just trying to keep things chill not going to deep, but that changed last weekend. We have both expressed love to each other. I know," if she did it to him she will do it to you " I can accept that as a posability and will know because she cannot lie to me. I can tell. Hey guys how are you. there is a woman whos children go to my daughters niursery i cant stand her she dresses well elegant and attractive and evrybody sems to think so she has a car loads of money iam the complete opposite .
