Should I forget about him?

Ok, I met this cute guy last summer. He's like hanging around me. He smiles and greets me everytime we bumped into each other until I developed a crush on him.

Things changed after that. He started to ignore me. The thing which confuses me the most is whenever I ignore him when he's around he tries to communicate with me.. but If I started to pay him attention or whenever I started to converse with him, he treats me coldly and ignores me at some point.

I even tried adding him up at my YM but he ignored my request. What should I do? Should I forget about him already and move on with my life? By the way, he's younger than me.

yes, you should forget about him and concentrate on other aspects of your life. He seems to be toying with your feelings and he's too unpredictable for your liking.

If he continues to behave the same way, you might get more confused and eventually, you'll be frustrated by his actions.

First off it depends on how much younger he is. If he's more than 3 years younger than my opinion is to forget about him. However if hes only 1 or 2 years younger you should confront him. You should corner him in someplace and, even though you may be nervous, (I sometimes am when I'm trying to figure out how a boy feels about me,) you should definitely ask him. You first might want to ask him if this is some type of a game or a bet. If he says that its not I'd believe him. Then, and I'm completely serious here, you should yell, "If it's not a bet then why the hell are you stalking me one minute and running from me the next?" You may scare him a bit, and he may be too shocked to answer for a couple minutes but personally I find that when girls get angry boys tend to be obedient and tell the truth.

Quit playing games already and just be two human beings. I know it seem really important right now, but G@D. Let it go.

Just be nice and be yourself and don't worry about it. If he can handle that and he likes you and your real personality, then he's very cool. At the very least you find a good friend. But these boy/girl head games will only serve to screw you up and they are stupid.

Be yourself, and stop worrying about whether people like you or not.

Mr. Right will come along when the time is right, and if you know better than to screw around with mind games, he'll recognize you when he sees you.

well, it is obvious his brain is not developed fully. If u are serious about him just ask him where he stands, then make u own decisions

so far to me your friend is a baby he does not know what he wants. so if u do not want to waist u time or life u are the one who has to move the first step. other then that just say adios,

It sounds like he's scared about how you feel about him. I don't understand this myself because as a guy, I would be flattered if a girl had a crush on me because it's really a great feeling to be wanted by someone else. However, what this guy is doing is rude. If he does not want a relationship with you, he should tell you politely that he doesn't and leave it at that. It looks like you might have to quit this one. There's no good reason for him to treat you like that.

Well, im in one of those things right now. This chick totally digs me, but whenever we go past each other in the hall, I kind of ignore her a bit. I know, its mean. But i feel that she is just coming on a bit strong (as in running into me "on accident" in the hallways 6 times a day). Just keep working at it. He will warm up to you.
