Well, let me start by suggesting to you that sex is NOT an answer to have a relationship. It's good that he is a gentleman and it is possible that he can be the right guy for you. I think you should get your parents' blessing so that you don't have to sneak around. I know that it might be difficult, but suggest to them that you want to invite him so that they may meet him and include him in family things. If he really likes you he'll comply.
Don't go have sex with him, it's the biggest mistake you'll make. Sex should be the last thing you do in a relationship. Get to know him, let him get to know you. Enjoy doing things with each other. Sex will just complicate things and at your age, you don't need those kinds of complications.
So my advice? Go for it. But dont' hide it from your parents. Imagine the trouble you'll get into if they find out you're dating a 25 year old behind their back! If you play it wisely, you will come out winning.

No 25 year old in their right mind would date a 17 year old girl. There are so many differences in that age gap. 1) you can't drink or go into any places that are 21 and up. 2) you barely have been in the work force, if at all, so you have very little experience with the outside world 3) you haven't even been to college. Most 25 year olds have graduated and are on to their careers. You are very naive and this person is manipulating you. Be careful. Also, I'm sure your parents don't know... because he can also go to jail for dating a minor. I would walk away from this relationship, it's the best for both of you.

Lets see. First of all, do you know him? If you know him, do you love him? And if you love him...his age shouldnt matter.
I started dating my boyfriend when i was 17, he was 24. I was just finishing up highschool, and he was my grad date. We didnt kiss until a week after we met ( i made the first move) and we didnt have sex until 2 months of dating. we have been together eversince. im 19, almost 20 and weve been together a little over 2 years. so it doesnt matter about the age, all that matters is how he makes you feel!

I cant say i'm in the place of telling you this since i'm younger than you but i think if all he wants is to kiss you have sex with you then he's not worth your time. You shouldnt date a guy because they're older than you or rich, you should date a guy because you are inlove with him and he feels the same way.

Im from Australia and it sure aint illegal here, if it feels right go for it, if your mature for you age as I was when I was 17 then there will be no problem i dated a 27 yr old when i was 16 and I'm not a "horny skank" as the other knob put on here so go for it babe!!!!!

For practical purposes, such as dating and meeting your parents, yes, he is too old for you. But if you just want a have secretive fling I guess it's not bad. Be aware that he is breaking the law, probably though.

Think about your percentage in age difference and stages of life. It very different than it would be if you were 27 and he was 35, you'd be in the same life stage. I honestly don't think it would be safe, even if he is a gentleman.

no u should not cuz there is a huge age difference. and u should not have sex with a 25 year old. it sounds like a rapest.
