A few years ago, a girlfriend of mine and I, met a very sweet man on the internet...He was lonely, and so were we...both going through a tough time. He got our addresses to send us some cards, at least that is what he told us, and began sending us both, very sweet, expensive gifts. I know we should have not accepted them, but we did. We all lost touch of each other when my computer crashed, and I have been trying to find him ever since, because I feel the right thing to do, in spite of the temptation to keep the gifts,...would be now to pay him back, because I am in a better financial situation...So I ask you, has anyone ever done this for you? And what did you do? Please don't think I am a bad person for taking the gifts, I was out of work and down on my luck pretty bad at the time...I am still trying to find him. He insisted that I didn't feel like this, but I do.

Ok,so this is my problem-I was walking down the hall(why my friends begged me about telling them who I like,which was unsual because they don't really care)Then,I was tired and then I was like ok,I like him,very much,and I'm never going to tell him because it will ruin everything(My crush is a friend)and then one of my friends said 'really,go on on.....?' in an odd way as if someone was listening,but then I just ignored it,and said he can do better,so I gotta get going....and then I turned around,and yh,he was there with a VERY surprised expression,and then I turned around again to look at my friends(wondering OMG!What the hell I'm I gonna do!!!*My cheeks turned red)and I said OMG!I'm sorry,and got the hell out of there(I knew everything was over,our friendship was ruin,but it wasn't)My friend called me and said everything was planned-to see if I liked him-that,that day he had told them that he liked me as more than a friend and for sure-that I was way to beautiful for him-that I wasn't interested in him(I am)But I didn't quite believed it.Now-I can't even look at him in the eyes,What do I do!?

I have been together with Dusty for about a year, i graduate highschool in 17 days and i am going off to college, he is not, in school i started to fall behind and to get caught up i asked dusty if we could go on a break "HE FLIPPED" but we went on a break and i really got a lot done and more time to hang out with people i havent in years. we started dating again but i am thinkin i want to break up for good now. i also want to hang out with my friend Manny who i kinda have a crush on. but i dont really want to date anyone im going away to college. i told dusty i want to break up and he told me NO, and that we are on a break until next sunday..tonight.. manny wants to come over and hang out, but dusty also wants to. i would much rather hang out with manny. but if dusty knew that he would come over and have a temper tandtrom.. dusty knows i like manny.. but still wont let me break up with him. what do i do??

I'm 17 years old and I haven't had sex yet. I plan on hanging out with this guy I sort of like over the summer. I don' t want to go out with him, but he's willing to do things that I kind of want to do, but I'm not sure yet...I kind of don't want to have sex, because I'm thinking that waiting until I'm married would be the 'good' thing to do, also it would be a nice gift for my future husband, and I might regret having sex if I do. iam 18 shy christian guy, who also wears glasses. I nor do i want someone who does alcohol, smokes, and does drugs. Looking for someone who doesnt go for looks, and wants a long lasting relationship. I for one can care less about sex and i am waiting till i get married, also body parts i dont give a crap about. Iam one of the shy guys that would tell a girl, she is beautiful and gorgaous by her natural beauty and personallity, no need for makeup or a tan, just beautiful without it. I havent had a face to face relationship. All of mine have come from online dating. Only way i can open up, iam shy around crowds and am nervous.i do show my nervous and blush, i never try to hide it. I cant wear contacts and i cant get lazer eye surgery. I dont really know if iam ugly, i think iam alright. I wish i was physically attractive, but again i could care less if a girl was or not to anyone else, just enough for me. I have gone over and above the call of a girlfriend. Im always there when he needs me, i buy him random gifts of things that he may see and i know he may like, write him notes and letters and he is just as romantic sometimes but mostly after an argument. One day i asked him why he treats me bad sometimes when im always good to him. He said maybe im just too nice to him thats why he treats me like that.

What does that mean? Is nice a bad thing?

I've had a boyfriend for three months. I know he would never cheat on me. He's not that kind of person. He has a lot of friends that are girls and we share a lot of friends. He talks to them, hugs them, and has tickle fights with them. I know it's just friendly and doesn't mean anything, but I still get jealous. And now that we're going to go to different colleges in the fall I worry about him finding another girl who's prettier, nicer, funnier than me. I'm so insecure with myself. a wonderful girl on a dating chatline a year ago. we chatted off and on for weeks until we eventually met up. she is a 25yr old single mum. i have been visiting her regularly ever since and for the past few weeks i have been spending every day with her and her family at her mums house. the problem is i think ive fallen in love with her. i have told her and she said she loves me as a friend but nothing more. then today when i was with her she spent all day cuddling up to me and stroking my hand. im getting mixed signals and dont have a clue how to read them. what do i do please help.
