i'm a 14 year old girl and i like a 21 year old guy. As long as we didnt do anything illegal, would that relationship be acceptable?

i'm pretty mature for my age, and people think i look older(i'm 5"9). i dont plan to do anything serious with him, i'm i'm not stupid enough to give in to doing something i dont want.

That's a tough question. I think society today is knee-jerk paronoid, and this is no exception.
As long as you are mature people(and NOT looking for SEX), then why not. The right guy will wait for you...
Why not introduce him to your parents...maybe his heart is good? There ARE still good people in the world.

No. Just by him being 21 and you being 14 it is illegal period.There is no reason a 21 year old would want to go out with a 14 year old except one thing. Stop and think about it. He may not be pressing you now but it won't be long and why doesn't he date girls his own age? There are plenty. You have your whole life ahead of you. A 21 yr old man can be very persuassive and you could wind up pregnant. You are probably just starting high school, these can be the most fun times of your life;dating (not serious-there's plenty of time for that),dances,ballgames,school parties and outings. The prom. Really,just go have fun. Life after school goes fast and hard.Take the time to enjoy it while you can-please think about it.

No your 14 go out with guys that are your age or a bit older but not by much and he could get arrested, your underage and hes what 7years older people will just look down on you 2 and he can get into a lot of trouble and most 21 year olds want sex well most guys want sex.
No I don't think that the relationship will be accepted.

No, its not acceptable for any 14 year old to go out with a 21 year old. This person could be taking advantage of you, and you could really get hurt. There are WAY more people out there that could be your age. And plus its not even legal!!!

its OK to date older guys but if your parents and family don't agree you should really take that into consideration...If you both truly love each other then you need to just be friends until you turn at least 17...It makes good for every one and when your older and married your relationship will be stronger cause you both got through this together...hope this helps my friend had a similar problem...but she was about 12 and he was about 19 20 years old her parents didn't like it neither did his...they knew what would've happened and she got pregnant he got scared and she wouldn't get an abortion so she had a baby by the age of 13...I'm not saying this will happen to you but it could so just be careful

No, at your age the oldest age you could probably date is a fifteen or sixteen year old. Let alone a 21 year old! You should stick with other 14 year olds.

NO don't put yourself in a positon to be hurt. Your only fourteen and still have your life ahead of you. The only reason I could see a 21 year old wanting to be around a 14 year old is to hurt you. You need to talk to your parents or someone about this guy. And Please stay away from him

honey you are probably still going through puberty! and not trying to be mean but a 21 year old guy would NEVER go for a girl that young. you're not even mature like he is. plus it's illegal

No. I don't mean this offensively but you aren't mature enough for him. I'm 15 and my brother is in his 20's and I know for a fact I'd never date someone with his kind of experience. He would probably hurt you or make you do something you don't want to (not just sexually either).

Think of it this way--do you really want to date a 21 year old who likes dating 14 year old girls? It probably means he's not such a great catch, because he either can't get girls his own age, or is hoping to use you. Or both.
