Hi,

I am guy of height 5 feet and9 inches . My fiance is also 5feet.9inches tall Sometimes with her hair tied up she looks quite taller than me and I feel awkward about that.

I come from India and most girls in India are not taller than 5.5 and the guys are always taller than their girls.

So i feel awkard with a fiance as tall as i am ...

Its a social , cultural thing and since we dont have many tall women around unlike in the US and Europe, i feel a little awkward

Even a 1 inch heel will make us look awkward as a couple since she will look slightly taller.

Is it a problem looking at a couple who are the same height?

Should i let her wear heels and look 3-4 inches taller than me if she wants to wear the big heels?

Is it better to have a fiance/wife who is not the same height as me?

Let me know your thoughts. Has anyone faced this socially in india?or any other countries where there arent many tall women around?

Ive been knowing my friend for about 3 years now.
He has always flirted with me and so on.

In september (yeah, it was a while ago) we had sex.
ever since then, our communication has been little to none. i barely see him now (due to him changing job locations) and we never really talk on the phone. but when i do spend time with him its like he acts the same, where we left off, flirty, touchy-feely etc.

*So last week i slipped him a letter casually asking him 'when did he want to have a little fun'

he hasnt responded, so thats why i wanted to try to maybe call him and let him know im still intrested in him, mainly for sex.

but like i do work up the courage to ask him, but of course thinking about it gets me kinda nervous so i never tell him
(hence the slipping of the note)

I broke up with my ex with an unpleasant way. Cause i'm too busy with my college and she is selfish, stubborn and she won't understand me. then she broke me without any conversation or agreement. Now i kinda hate and pity her cause she always had a bad XP with boys and always ended up bad. I'm the 3rd guy that felt it. When I met my boyfriend 3 years ago I knew he had kids but he didn't have full custody of them until a year and 1/2 ago. He's 30 and I'm 23. It's been hard for me to deal with the kids around. I like them but I feel jealous of them. I've watched them before, picked them up and have taken them out but he doesn't presure me to do any of it. It's hard to explain and I think it's bad that I want to break up with him because he has kids. I understand he has different priorites then I do now and things will never be the same. I'm not ready to take on the responsibilties of helping him raise his kids. There's still a ton of things I want to do and I wish he could do them with me but he can't. Is it bad that I want to break up with him because he has kids? Please don't be mean when you answer. I love him and like his kids but it's just getting to confusing and hard to deal with all of it.

OK, this is so weird, but first week of school (3 years ago) I met this guy and I started hanging out with him because he didn't seem to have any other friends..but soon we became great friends. I can talk to him for hours, we have everything in common and he's lots of fun to be around. Then last year, we had different classes and work so i didn't see him too much but we kept in touch through email and IM. This year, I see him more but now he's almost always with other girls, lots of girls. Theyre always hanging out with him and it limits the time i spend with him. to make matters worse, I'm in love with him and I'm starting to feel jealous. I know theyre just his friends but it bothers me that he might like any of them. I teased him about having 200 gfs but am afraid to bring it up directly...he's too nice to turn me away and i dont want to ruin what i have. he says he "doesn't dislike me" what the hell is that supposed to mean? why cant he just say he likes me too, if he does?

hes been coming to my church for about 2 months, he looks at me as if he wants to say hi but then passes me without looking or smiling at me...so last week we had him and his family for dinner and he acted like we've known each other for like 10 years and were best friends...what does this mean...

p.s. i do like him, hes nice, funny, and tall witch i'm tall so that matters to me...haha...so yeah

Ya know what I've noticed? When I approach a guy (instead of waiting for a guy to approach me), they never seem to be very "into" me. When they do the approaching they act really into me -- it's as if I take away the game for them by showing interest first. Does this mean I always have to wait to be approached? but that way I'll never get to pick my guys (but will always be lonely, waiting)? sigh...I don't get it... can someone explain???

They're very entrenched in their Christianity. My girlfriend and I share a great relationship besides this issue. She doesn't live with her parents but they are a big part of her life. Sometimes I feel like our relationship is creating a huge amount of tension between her and her folks. Basically, the problem is that I am not Christian and that's what her parents want for her: a Christian man. Am I in over my head here? By the way, we have been dating for about four months so we're still kinda fresh you could say.
