to elaborate a little bit, daughters seeks out a boyfriend that is extremely similar to her father, or, the complete opposite in terms of personality and character. it;s psychological, i just wanted to hear a few girls opinions, and maybe spread some light, make you wonder or even realize something you've never thought about before.

I've heard that said before, and while I'm sure there's truth to it it probably doesn't happen that way every single time. The guy I love is completely different from my dad, a little more similar to my stepdad but still far removed from either of them, thank goodness.
