if u are fat...take some pills or join a slimming centre/..if u have bad acne..go to a dermatalogist and get it cured..maybe through the new techniques...
i am sure u have skills?
if u are good at studies..go make millions..
if not..be a photographer..or a fashion designer..or maybe stuff like where more o creativity is required..

Well u can start by not being so negative about yourself. If u dont like u, no one ellse will give u a chance. Acne comes mainly comes from stress and disorder in life, if u'd be more positive and stopped feeling sorry for urself, ur skin would begin to clear up. Im sure ur not ugly, just not a model...so what? who is....besides other models?! Ur young, u have time to lose the extra pounds if u can commit. And the skills... take something you're interested in and parlee it into a career, im sure u can do a few things that only a few others can do.

Im sure your not terribly ugly, you just need some confidence in your looks. For acne try some stuff from the supermarkets, or if you can, see a dermatologist. You willl eventually grow out of acne. Try drinking lots of water and eating a healthy balanced diet. Try getting a part time job and work your way up the ladder, or enrol at a technical school and learn some skills to be used in the workplace

firstly, no one is ugly and i dont give a **** what others say, if u r worried about your weight, then do some workouts and eat the right foods, you can do it, so you say you have no skills in life, look im sure their is something which u have, if not, then go and do a course which will get you the job you want ok, your 20, you are getting old, i mean its not like your still at school anymore, so stop feeling sorry for yourself, and please dont put your self down, if u keep doing that, then you wont get anywhere, if you want to talk some more, just email me, i dont mind, really. i no their r so many things you can acheive out their you just hve to want it. take care mate,as for the acne, c ya doctor, dont worrie about gettin creams that wil make it worse, c ya doctor first ok, its also related to stress an not eating the rite way trust me i no alot who hve been through this same thing ok, you can do it and please dont take pills to try and lose the weight, no n no

Get drunk for a couple days then sleep a couple days then on monday start going to gym, get a haircut or change something in your clothing style. Try talking in a different manner, learn some jokes to tell people , proactive does work and is worth the money. Learn self confidence and go to work everyday, everyone has some sort of skill. Whatever you normally do everyday go do the opposite. If you are stuck in a rut then you really are stuck. You got to want to change and You can. How bad you want it?? summer will be here soon , dont be stuck inside playing video games with a playstation 3 tan (albino) . good luck !!!

A couple of things. Invest in yourself by:
1) Go spend a day at a salon/spa where they will pamper you and treat every part of your body.
2) Join a gym and get a trainer to help you in a fat-busting workout.
3) See your doctor and get a complete physical and have him refer you to a nutritionist so that you can begin to eat a healthy diet.
4) Find out from a local college where you can take a Vocational Assessment Test to focus on what you would like to do and what skills you will need to do them.
Let me know in 6 months how you are doing. Remember, anything you do for yourself has to be done religiously.

diet and exercise can always change your weight. just avoid these 4 ingredients in food and you'll avoid gaining weight. Anything containing: enriched flour, fat, sugar, salt. That eliminates everything from : ice cream, canned foods, bread, chips, fast food etc. see? doesn't it make looking at food a lot easier? eat less carbs: pasta, rice, bread, that'll make your mid section chunky. go for proteins: salmon, lean meats. and vegetables. for the social aspect of your life: for every fear you have, everyone else has felt it before. they are just either better at coping and moving on, faking it (smilin', *** kissin') or hiding it. so don't worry. just do the same and move on. just start small- find clubs to join that share your interests and work from there. also, throw a party once in awhile instead of waiting to be invited. compliments and conversations other than personal topics are always good starters. asking questions and letting someone else blabber is always great since everyone loves to talk about themselves and you learn alot about whats in their head. for the bad acne....go to a dermatologist to get it fixed or visit a laser center. if you can't afford it, good old neutrogena, and daily a.m./pm regiment of washing your face and using astringent works wonders. reading a daily newspaper instead of beauty magazines will keep u connected to society so incorporate that and washing your face into your daily routine. use the internet to research and find great schools/jc's/college/programs to develop a skill. you're going to have to get off your butt to do it though! and learn to save money and not live the debt lifestyle and you'll be happier in the end.
you can do it! you can change fat, acne and friends. but if you're a sour ***** w/ a sad evil nasty personality....you dont have much going for you.

You can loose the weight by diet and exercise and be healthier. I am not sure that you are ugly, you may just feel you are. There are many good acne products to help the acne or see a Dr. about it. You must have some thing that you are good at. Stop being hard on yourself and read a book about self esteem,or see a professional.

You sounds like a cool guy who is into NASCAR. Why not join go-kart?nascar club in your area or so? I never liked my height cuz i am very small (4 foot 11inchs) but i am ok with it. At 6.2, you are tall. Clean your spots daily with cutton wools and water every morn and every night, use dove soap on body but not face. If doesnt work, go see your doc. You have spots maybe because you feel down about yourself. Nobody's voice is perfect. Mine is kinda sqeaky and i've heard worse (someone's voice sounds like a bird) I rather listen to your voice! Go on a course or get a job if you can, it will help you build your self confidence and before you know it, you will have new friends and will be happier. Don;t let no one calls you names or put you down, you don;t need it. I wish you luck!

Lose weight by eating less and exercising, have more confidence in your looks, and see a doctor for the acne if nothing over-the-counter works. The only person who can change these things is YOU.
