People keep saying to get the attention of a special someone (say a woman) you need to "show her that she is missing something". What does this mean and how could I possibly know where to start? I thought the whole idea in pursuing a woman was to learn more about them. Can someone shed light on this and provide perhaps some examples? Much appreciated :)

Purely hypothetical situation: if you thought your bf/gf (I was going to include spouse, but I guess a committment is involved there, no question) needed to clean their lives up (pretty significant changes), what would you say to them (assuming they had yet to acknowledge they had a problem, but not to say they didn't recognize it)? Would you say something carefully to try and get them to seek help? Would you tell them straight up, get help or goodbye? Or maybe even just leave w/out a word? (I guess also assume the relationship is about dried up anyways but care and hope they get help for themselves in the future)

This guy has said he really likes me and wants to go out several weeks ago. I have put him off then since I don't know what I want. He recently told me that he has went out with another girl, but he claimed that it doesn't mean she is his GF or anything. He leaves it as that.

Really, I still don't know whether I want a relationship with him. I know when he told me he went out with some girls, I got all quietly upset about it. What should I do? I don't even know whether I want to date him though.

I just asked the question why do so many young single women get pregnant these days. I am not talking about teens. I am talking about 18 and over. Young single WOMEN working at 6 dollar an hour jobs with piece of sh*t cars and relying on mom and dad to help support them and they don't have enough sense to use birth control! You can get free birth control at most human resource offices. There is truly no excuse.

My gf and I have been together for almost a year now. We started being intimate after the 1st month, and have been intimate on a regular bases ever since. Two months ago, and after 9 months of having sex, now she says we can't have sex anymore until we get married. She feels that spiritually, it is wrong and that love will get us through this. I love my gf very much, but not a day goes by where i'm not upset by this decision in which i didn't get a say so in it. She always asks me to massage her back / shoulders and feet, almost every night, and I do. Am I wrong in thinking WTF? Here I am doing what "you" want, but I want a little intimacy and I'm screwed till were married? Am I being selfish about this? I don't believe in cheating, and I don't want to break up with her over this either. But at the same time, i'm becoming very sexually frustrated, and her only advice she gave me was bascially, to go play with myself.

So, my boyfriend and I've been going out for some time now. We really love each other. I know he's obsessed for me. Yesterday, it came up in the conversation, and he told me that while he loved me, but I was still with my ex boyfriend, he masturbated thinking about other girls(porn). I was tottally chocked! I'm sorry if this question is weird, but i dont mean no harm, i really, really need an answer. I really love him... and I wasnt in love with him at the time... but still, its disgusting! What do you think I should do? :(

My girlfriend has a nasty habit of ignoring me when she is with her family.
I have done my best to explain to her that I feel unappreciated when she acts as if she is too busy to call me when she is with her family.
(Sometimes all I want is a simple "hello"; and she knows that).

She always makes me feel as if I am being too clingy and expecting too much from her when I complain; yet she has no problem calling ME when I'm with MY family.--AND she expects me to talk to her.

Anyway, I stopped calling her altogether when she is with her family. I stopped acting so clingy, and now I just wait for her to call me when she isn't so busy.

So why is she acting like I've done something wrong?
Isn't that what she wanted?

She is accusing me of playing games; but I think that I am merely adapting to the treatment that she gives me.


Women, please give me some insight.

Ive known about this one girl for a few months and thought she was pretty cute for her age, now she is in 8th grade and i am in 10th. She goes to middle school im in highschool. I would never think of dating a girl that much younger than me but she is probably the cutest girl ive ever met and the most perfect personality i can imagine. shes an angel. She seems more mature than most kids her age. anyway, her brother is in 11th grade and i see him around at school a lot but we are not friends ive only met him once. Shes my sisters friend. I AM NOT A CREEP. She has a boyfriend, but "Always falls for the wrong guy". They went out before, broke up, now they are back together. I know for a fact that her brother doesnt like when his friends hit on her but i am a year younger than him so i dunno if that would make it different. I know ill see her many more times between now and summer, when shell be a freshman and itll be acceptable to date her. I just dont want to become.....(read on below)

Should i ask this girl out? I am 15 years old and in grade 10 she is 17 years old and in grade 11. We are in the same grade 10 PE class, that's how i met her. i have known her for about 3 months and talk to her a minimum of about 10 minutes a day. she is not going out with anyone but her boyfriend broke up with her about 1&1/2 moths ago.

me and my boyfriend have been dating a long long time. We are both christians and we are pretty good in our faith and everything. We just go to different churches. Well I asked him to come to my families on christmas eve and he was planning on coming and everything. But then last minute his church asked him to run sound for their service.I mean, i totally understand that, but it just really hurst and all and it is making me angry with him. I shouldn't be angry with him but I don't know what else to do. I really wanted him to come and he said he would...but now, he can't. Any advice? it just makes me kinda upset.

Me and a guy that i really like just broke up. Before we dated he had talked to one of my good friends, mallory, but said he was over her & dated me. We dated for a while and got pretty serious. We started to fight over mallory, because she still liked him, and because i thought there was still something there. I'm not a cutter, but this one girl i use to like is a cutter and she's going out with another cutter now. I did something wrong..I cheated on him on our 2 month anniversary (I kno, it hasn't been long but we both want it to last)... and I want to tell him, but I don't want to lose him. Don't attack me! I'm not 11, actually almost 18.
When I was 11 I met someone a 12 yr old boy through my sister (she was marrying his brother)[we are not related!!!]. Because we were around the same age my sister thought it would be a good idea for us to be friends so we talked online as kids (all because of my sis) before I met him. Then I met him a month or so later because our siblings would be marrying soon. I talked to him online well through teenage yrs, then I didnt have the internet for a while so we didn't talk so much. We sent each other b-day cards online cuz our b-days are like 3 days apart, and we had a lot in common. We hung out (but w/ family of course!) We hardly got to talk face to face because of shyness around the fam, and we are shy already. + my family knows how much I like him. I hardly get to see him now because he's in college and I'm still a senior. We are so compatible, and since I met him I have thought of him every day since, and dream about him.

Well their is this guy I get together with sometimes for casual sex. Anyways today I was online talking to him then he said something that I didnt believe so I said sarcastically ya and I got laid last night. Then he wrote why do you say things like that, then I was gonna answer but took awhile then he said it doesnt matter anyways, have a good nite. Then I tried to apologize saying I was joking, but he didnt answer back.
