ok - I unknowingly and certainly unintentionally am after leading a guy on. Im naturally quite chatty and friendly to everyone but this guy is after mistaking that for me fancying him - so can you guys PLEASE tell me how I fix it? So far ive told him Im not looking for a relationship to which he says - thats ok - sure we can hang out as mates. I dont want to hurt him as i think hes a really nice guy but I have no romantic interests in him. I know his ultimate motive is romance -so even hanging out with him as mates is going to be awkward as Ill know he has an ulterior agenda - so please please please - how can i let him down gently? Thanks so much! xx

Why are men ashamed of having love for a woman but not ashamed of just having a woman for sex?

I have recently gotten out of FWB relationship with someone at work, I have tried to contact her by e-mails asking how she is since but she has reported me for harrassment.

In the past she has told me how she got a distance agreement from her ex-husband who she had 3 kids with. Also she says her ex boyfriends have stalked her in the past.

Now I'm not saying its all her fault, but generally I don't contact people unless they want me too but she has got me hooked. She is not that good looking, overweight, has 3 kids, divorced and has bipolar do you think that it is built into her character to destroy men. She also told me she had been abused as a young child.

My ex and I broke up a little over 3 months ago. The first month
we were back and fourth with each other. Since then I have
been working on myself and getting over the break up, my heart
is broken. I am now in a place where I am not sad every day. In
the past 3 weeks he calls at least once a week, he sounds all
sad wanting me to call him. The one time a fell for this he had
been drinking and was talking to me like we were still a couple,
so I fall for it and ask if he wants to try again..he says oh no not
now..so that was it, I have not let myself fall for it again. Problem
is he keeps calling, like he does not want me to forget he is around.
I can't help him get thru this, I have to help myself, how do I do
this without hurting his feelings? Or do I just take care of myself,
he does not seem to be caring that this is hurting me..What
can I do?

I am in my mid 30's and I live with my parents. I met a wonderful man but my mother doesn't want me to see him. She believes that I should not trust any man because he will hurt me. However she has been married to my father for over 36 years.

succeed in a relationship? It seems guys nowadays only think about sex and are not into the REAL THING, that's spiritual love. Please, tell me your view point please. I really want to believe there are still people who care for their soul mates and would always stand by her, care for her, go to the end of Earth for her. Tell me I am right, tell me there is still this kind of love, pure, unconditional.

I know there are a million other questions like these, but I wanted my own responses.

I have developed a crush-turned-infatuation with my professor, and I don't know what to do! I know nothing can happen, and I know not to do anything about it, but this whole thing is on my mind all the time. Thankfully, I can still concentrate in class and on my schoolwork, but I find myself getting jealous of students who answer correctly in class, and I beat myself up if I don't get a high grade in the class. Do you think he will like me any less if I don't understand the subject too well or don't get A's on the tests?

I guess my problem is learning how to get over this crush. As I've mentioned, I know nothing can happen (even though I badly wish something can). I don't even know his relationship status or anything. I don't like anyone my age, and he just seems like the perfect match for me (at least on the surface). Please help! Thanks!

I have recently broken up with my friend who has manic depression due to an argument we had, we work in same organisation. Basically I really cared for her and ended up telling her supposed partner who is living with his girlfriend that she was sleeping around, which she was, I did this because I felt that he was using her and she kept on saying the same to me.

It has now been 4 months, and I have contacted her by e-mail 3 times asking how she is and whether we can be friends. I also rang her house and apologised. Now she has reported me to the harrassment team, I have never threatened her ever and I wouldn't because I still care for her. I had an interview with the team when I told them we were having sex which we were and have done a few times, she has told them we were not and I think she has just told them that I fell for her and got jealous of boyfriend.

Can I get in trouble? I never imagined she would do this

Was she justified in doing this? Was I harrassing her?
