...what is personality again? give me specific terms please...i think im confusing personality with character!

Personality is the specific cues that make us react.
Generally it is how he has taken his basic character traits, and how he uses them in his daily life. Therefore someone with a "dry" personality would see and react to life with a certain amount of ryeness verging on sarcasm. A person with a "bubbly" personality would look at life with joy and abandon.

I guess personality has more to do with how you are as a person and the feelings you have and character about the decisions you take...to explain it in just a few words

hmm. i would say the character builds the personality. I am not a therapist or anything, but too me the personality is what you experience in peoples behaviour.. the character is the foundation that make them behave the way they do..
