Ok here is one for you, just come out and ask her. Why beat around the bush about it. Sure people will not tell you the truth but it doesn't hurt to bring your concerns up to her. Instead of hiding and trying to catch her at something that may or may not be warranted. Besides, it sounds like you need to talk to one another anyway. Keep those lines of communication open. Otherwise, if you do try to "catch" her at something and nothing is going on, your marriage is not going to be a happy one this holiday season.

If you feel something is going on, then it just may be. However, you must be sure. Go to Radio Shack and buy this device they have that you can record her telephone conversation by putting this on the phone and having a tape recorded well hid in the house. Once the phone rings, the tape starts rolling and you can get her conversation with anyone who calls. However, relationships are built on trust and if you don't trust her, no matter what it's time to let go and move on. Good Luck

Has she cheated on you in the past?
If she hasn't, then I don't think you have the right to spy on you unless ofcourse you notice some changes in her, or you don't treate her as you used to.
I am just against "spying" on your spouse unless you have a valid solid reason.
As for the tips or techniques, you can always check her phone bills and records. I am not aware of others.

ok, first if you suspect this then you must have reason or else your just paranoid. If you really need to spy on her you find someone she doesnt know to "flirt" with her. Me and my friend used to go incognito following our men when they would go out. We would rent a car, wear a wig and dress differently. We would be flirting with our own guys after they were drinking and they didnt know it. So, set up smeone to try to flirt with her. Or set up someone to follow her. But, before i would go thru all that i would make sure you have really good reason because if shes not cheating you would feel really bad that you couldnt trust her. So, make sure you have good reason.
