In the case of my wife and I, it made our relationship stronger. But there are some people who have bad experiences with it.

Not if it is something you both want to do. If one person is manipulated or coerced into it, than it will create problems. Of course, so will coercing someone into doing anything they don't want to do.
Not if both of you are secure in yourself and in your value to each other.
Not if you are both on the same page about it, meaning you both know why you want to do it and the reasons are not selfish. The idea of your partner being with someone else has to turn you on as much or not more than the idea of you being with someone else.
Not if all the parameters of the threesome have been mapped-out beforehand. Meaning: rules and boundries. Who will it be? What is allowed to be done? What isn't? etc.
For good, objective information about this check out The Swingers Board.

a threesome can never occur without the consent of all the three and if all of them agree for committment then nothing would be ruined among those three but what about the 4th person who is the partner to one of the three ? yes this relationship would be ruined.

I don't think there is any wrong in having threesome, if you and your partner have an understanding.
Only thing is that you should be able to convience your partner and make him/her comfortable.
Good Luck!

Well if only one person wants it yes, most girls see it as cheating and doesn't want to do it, and the boyfriend trys to push it and the girl feels weird and starts to wonder why he wants to sleep with other girls if her guys loves her so much. But then you have the ones that are all for it and then it usually is ok.

Depends on how you both feel about it. If one party feels pressured to participate then it well could ruin what you now have. However, if you both want it and are open and sincere about it, then go for it.

yes because this shows that you are not enough for each other to the point where you have to invite others into the bed and when two people really love each other no one else is needed :) :) :)
