You have to make the decision whether you feel it would work out better in the long run with the bf you have now or the guy your flirting with. It's always hard when you hook up with a co-worker because you have to remember you have to see that person all the time and it will remind you of what you did. Guilt can be awful. But make sure the other guy isn't just playing around with your head so that when you dump your bf he doesn't want anything to do with you. That happened to me before. I mean this guy would go out of his way anytime to flirt then when i told him i was single he said "SO." Just follow with what you think you can handle.

To be honest with you, I don't think you should be flirting with anybody when you have a boyfriend, and also that guy you're flirting with may have developed some lust for you, not love. I think he may just want to get with you, or maybe he's trying to prove to the kid that he can take you away from him. It's always good to get opinions, but the decision is and always will be yours to make.

You need to break up with your boyfriend because you are doing a minor form of cheating... RIGHT UNDER HIS NOSE!!! That's not something you want to do.
The only thing you can really do is talk to your boyfriend, and wait a few weeks before you go out w/ the new guy. Then when you do start going out, make sure you are respectful of your ex because it will hurt him to see you making out w/ a new guy. Try to keep the PDA on the down low when you're at work.
Good luck!<33

I say keep them both and have a little fun. Start dating the other guy on the dl, then make your choice. You and the other guy may not be as compatible as u thought. That way u can still keep your bf. As they say, you can have your cake and eat it too.

go for the one you feel you like more...as long as you flirt with another guy, it's obvious you're not so in love with your bf.
so, why not being happy with the one you like and who corresponds to your feelings?
do you think that guys bother so much about ending a relationship when they fall for someone else? most of them don't even care about breaking your heart.
so...do what you feel it's best for you!
