This guy has said he really likes me and wants to go out several weeks ago. I have put him off then since I don't know what I want. He recently told me that he has went out with another girl, but he claimed that it doesn't mean she is his GF or anything. He leaves it as that.
Really, I still don't know whether I want a relationship with him. I know when he told me he went out with some girls, I got all quietly upset about it. What should I do? I don't even know whether I want to date him though.

You can't blame him for going out with someone else. YOu didn't answer him.
If you got upset then that means you care about him.
Go out with him. Don't be wishing you did! Don't let it be one of those things you wish you did in life!

I think you need to go out on a date with him once and see what will happen ,you'd better to give him chance to show how sincere and nice he is ,you never know him well unless you go on a date with him .Its clear that you have a kind of feeling for him or you wouldn't be upset knowing that he went out with some one else ..
Give it a try ,it's worth trying i think.
