Singles & Dating - 30 November 2006

He got drunk with college friends from 6pm onwards.He then offered to walk a girl he thought didn't like him to the train station.She missed her train.Between the two of them they got a hotel room-double/single I didn't ask.Once in the room he said he wanted to just sleep, but she suggested sex.She guided him into her and they had sex "twice but in the same sequence of events" he also remembers going down on her.The next morning he says he felt awful about it.

Roll on 3 weeks. I notice he hasn't been calling as much as usual. We go out for a meal and when I get flirtatious and suggest going home with him, he backs off.

So last friday. He comes over and tells me what happened. I am shaking. Up to this point we have only ever slept with and gone out with only each other.We have been together for nearly 5 years.Basically its total devastation.But VERY oddly I went home with him that night...Now I feel like I'm losing the plot....HELP ME!!!We're both 24.

met this guy at a party last night, one thing led to another and we ended up spending most of the evening together. We then went bar hoping and clubbing till the early hours and he invited me back to his for more drinking. We ended up sitting on his sofa chatting and holding hands till 5am and then he asked me to stay over promising to be a total gentleman. He was, we went straight to sleep I woke up with him holding me and he kissed me for the first time in the morning. He is off on holiday for 3/4 weeks today, but asked for my number when I left and said he would call me when he got back.

1) Is the fact he was a gentleman indicative of him liking me or not being interested
2) Is it likely he just asked for my number to be polite
3) Is the fact he said he was going to phone on his return good indication he is thinking of pursuing this or the polite brush off
4) If he was really interested would he not call or text from holiday.

When someone is talking to you and slips in a phrase like "Beleive me", "To tell you the truth", "Trust me", "I guarentee"?
Lately seems like as soon as I hear those words I stop listening to what I'm being told. Is it just me or do those phrases signal a lie?

i've been fancying him for years,and i not exactly if he does know or notice or not at all.i have no idea. but recently,he told my friend that he fancies me.but he didnt tell me and he didnt want anyone around me to know.but he told her cos he just had to say cos he couldnt keep it to himself any longer.

I am dating this wonderful guy who cares & treats me very nice,handsome,successfull & mature for 3 months now.We r quite happy with each other & looking towards a bright future together...My mother met him 2, I told her that i am very happy with this man & that am considering this case 2 b a serious relationship. But, even though she liked him 2 & she wouldn't mind if i ever got married with him...she insists that i should better look at other guys as well & don't miss any oportunities...She claims that there might be someone better for me out there! She and a friend of hers are trying to set me up a date with this guy they think that suits me a lot! i work and sleep thats it im20 and still a virgin im waiting for the right girl. never been in a real date or girl friend BUT i am talking to this girl at my job.Ladies the first guy she ever kiss and dated was at my job it only last less than a week he was trying to use her. she know i like her and also like me but doesent want to move to fast to make shur i will not do the same as her last boyfriend she is also a virgin. Hi I have been in a relationship for at least 10 1/2 to 11 years and we seem to be content 98 percent of the time. In the past I have cought him posting his pics of his private places on picture rating sites n he seems to think that there shouldnt be anything wrong with it. I believe this has been going on for most of the years we have been together because of little things i have found in the past and now that I actually had enough proof he was posting these pics I confrounted him with it and He had told me that he was dont with posting pics on the web. I believe this will be the 3rd time and I am so inlove with him but think that this is something that we 2 as a couple should share together and not for him to show it off to god and everyone in the world.
Is it stupid for me to stay here and be unhappy and put up with it or should I smarten up and realize that he is never going to stop as he enjoys it too much or I guess just tell him that this is not what I want out of a relations)
