hurt someone because you think they are doing something to hurt you? and what if that person isn't doing anything at all?

Alot of people think that it will make them feel better to hurt someone back when that person hurts them first. That isn't true. It doesn't make anyone feel better and it only ends up making the relationship harder to fix. If you are having this problem with someone then maybe it would be a good idea to have a talk about exactly what is going on. You made it sound as if maybe someone had thought that you did something to them that you didn't do and they retaliated and hurt you. If that is the case then you need to let them know that you didn't do what they think. If they won't listen to you or believe you then you might want to reconsider whether or not you truly want this person in your life.

you have to sit and think, if they are hurting you and you do something to hurt them, then you deserve to be hurt as much as you !!think!! that they have to. Take the high road, even if they are doing something to hurt you, then you are just as bad as they are if you hurt them.
