If u see a woman u think is attractive in the street/on public transport, what's the best way 2 approach her?

Ask her for directions. Then start a conversation about something you notice about her. Maybe a book that she's reading or perfume.

I'd be scared if a strange man starting coming on to me. You'd have to warm up to her slowly, ask for the time (after hiding your watch of course) and then make very general conversation like the weather or comment on something she has on her (like a book or the newspaper). Offer her a seat on the bus... If you see her everyday then you can easily get close to her without pushing things too fast.

If you don't see her everyday, then I think it's hopeless really. It's going to be really weird and probably scary for her, especially if you are a big man and she is small.
