i work and sleep thats it im20 and still a virgin im waiting for the right girl. never been in a real date or girl friend BUT i am talking to this girl at my job.Ladies the first guy she ever kiss and dated was at my job it only last less than a week he was trying to use her. she know i like her and also like me but doesent want to move to fast to make shur i will not do the same as her last boyfriend she is also a virgin. But now some of the guy are saying to give it up because we have not been on a date . we dont see very much of each other more than a week some times i am not her boy friend but some of her friends says that im the only guy she wants to see. im not shure what to do im not rely looking at any other girl to date just her so if it takes a wile to be with her as my girlfriend thats fine . i dont want to lose her because of me being impatiant and just give up to ever be with her
i will keep talking to her so i dont mess up because she could be the 1. what shuld i do

I hope I understood your question right, Take things slow, don't listen to others... Both of you go at your own pace. If things are ment to be then they are ment to be.... Don't push it....

As you don't see her very often this should be easier.
The next time you see her, ask her when she's free to go for a drink or even a cup of coffee. Maybe even during a lunch break.
Decide on a day and a time.
When you go just...talk.
Be yourself and try not to talk about work too much.
You sound like a nice guy so just be yourself.
When the lunch break is coming to an end just ask her if she wants to do it again sometime.
Then the next time you see her you can just say "so do you want to go for that coffee " or "do you want to go for some lunch".
Sometimes it takes time but if you do this you will both get more confident. It will move slowly from coffee to lunch to a drink after work to dinner.

If you know she already likes you thats half the battle and her friends are telling you also. Why don't you try and make a move. Be a gentleman with her but push yourself to ask her out. you can't just keep talking sounds like you've done that one for ever. time to go to the next level.

Dont take too much pressure...take ur sweet time...when the time is right u both will come around...if u hurry just becoz the rest of the guys r tellin u too n if u lose her...they wont feel the loss but u will...so relax n enjoy the ride..

Sounds like you are both pretty shy, her more. Just continue to work on it and try to make the first move..I don't mean sexually..just towards a relationship, because she may not.
