who has a career and his own place would be looking for a girl to settle down with rather than just being interested in the chase?
he has been chasing me for over a year now!
he is single and hasnt been married before or anything!

Im almost 29 single, have a great career, own 2 properties and want to settle down.... Hell when you can see that 30 is not so far away you start to think of these things... I hate the chase and all the childish games....
I think he is ready to settle down.... he sounds like he has just been waiting for the right person.....
You sure it isnt me you are talking about.... How weird would that be giving advice on my own love life......Hmmmm I will call you just to make sure.

Chasing you for a year? What is he or you waiting for, a marriage proposal?
Nearly all guys settle eventually. It could be 30, 40, or 80.

if he has been chasing you for over a year i would say that he is definitely interested in you for a relationship as he would have given up and moved on to someone else by now, personally i would give it a go with him, you never know he could make you very happy, give it a go then you will know one way or another and not be sat there wondering, plus he may be about to give up thinking that you are not interested, so go for it and good luck
