This is indeed a wonderful question. I too wonder sometimes. Tell you what, In some cases it can be true. Depends on the person you are talking to and in their situation and also on what feelings they have for you. If you know the person really well, you can tell if they are being truthful when they say they are naked or not. The situation, the person's nature, the relationship between the two are three major factors that can make a person get naked while having phone s*x. The rest of the times, its all crap when someone says he/she is naked.

Most of the time those girls on the other side are stay at home mums that have nothing else to do with their time even though they have kids who are being neglected becuase their mum is getting off with some stranger getting 5.99 a minute and only really earning half cause their phone pimp is raking in all of the cash.
So uhh... no they arent naked.. they would scare the kids..

not sure. but knew a girl at work once that use to work for the 1900 numbers where men call in for phone sex. and they are all fully dressed and they say they tell the men what they want to hear.
