She and her fiance plan to marry in August of 2007. They are so right for each other. The love they share is the quiet and mature kind of love, very much unlike what you'd expect from two people their ages. This is something I've never had and doubt I ever will. As a result, I am highly envious of them. Am I wrong to feel this way?

Confused!!!?
I went on a date with this guy and it all went well, we had lunch he paid , he was really sweet and we had a great time. When he dropped me in my house he got down for the car and he gave me a hug. But I can´t help but feel that he is not interested in more than a friendship. So what can I do I really like him?
Besides that he calls me every other day and he almost never asks me out so what do you think is he into me or not?

I jsut ended a 8 years relationship, with my (ex)boyfriend since high school. I am now 26, I can't say I am in my prime, but I'm not old yet? I have a huge self esteem issue, which is ironic, cause I am a bartender and I get guys numbers daily. I met this really hot restaurant manager and I've been "seeing him" He introduced his best buddies and his father to me in less than 2 weeks. He told me he really likes me but I need to "have faith in him" and "just relax and chill" I want to see him everyday, but he doesn't have time for me, 16+hrs, 6 days a week. However, of the 11 days we met we saw each other 6 times. He told me to "let me show you w/my action" But I feel like his "action" just tells me he doesn't want to see him.Of the 6 times, at least 3x I feel like I "made" him come out.I just don't trust guys that goes up to customers in a restaurant that he works in.But I've never met guys who I am so compatible with.We make each other laugh and we truly enjoy each other company.Help..

I miss him a hell lot, he lives abroad. I just dont want to c him away from me. I have never felt this way. I have also not told him about this but it seems to me like loosing my smile, happiness when I not c him. I was a very jolly, type of person, but I have now changed. A man and I were playing phone tag and he left me a message to call before a certain time because he was going to a movie with some friends. At this point in our relationship I would not be upset if he were on a date but it did make me wonder because my last boyfriend told me the same thing and years later I found out that he really went with a girl that night on a date.

I guess friends could mean girls and guys but I was curious do men ever go out as a group to movies together? Also I always wondered why would a guy feel the need to tell a lie about who he was going with to the movies if it is clear we're only dating casually, not exclusively?

I started talkn 2 this guy . We were goin out 4 a couple weeks n then he asked me 2 be his g/f. I told him we just started talkn n I wasnt tryn 2 rush n2 anything. We keep hangn out n things went 2 another level. I decided that I would be his g/f. I told him I was ready 2 ans. his ques. he says U made me wait, now U have 2 wait. When he said that I thought somethin wasnt right b/c he was 2 anxious at 1st. Since we bgan talkn we would spend Sun. 2gether. 1 sun. we didnt. So Mon. he calls n asks if he could get some. I thought this guy was anti-social when I first met him, honestly. Though it turned out he was just plain old shy. I'm not going to to go into details about how we interact with each other, because I want to hear from you shy guys on how you usually behave when you like a girl. I have my reasons for thinking he likes me.

Problem is, also, do you think he'd ever admit it if he did? He's an odd case. He's extremely good looking, but he also doesn't seem to get out much, other than for work. I sign on in the afternoon to aim, sign out and come back home near midnight and he's been on all day! He's completely normal in person, but it just seems like he is so shy that he avoids real human contact. Do you think that it is possible for him to be brave enough to tell me his feelings, assuming he has any at all for me? What could I do to make him feel more comfortable to do that? I'm shy as well. I'm afraid to say how I feel, because I'm afraid I've interpreted his feelings wrong.

if a girl is happy in her new relationship . . would she still be calling her ex that she dumped for this new guy every couple weeks? . . .even though he hasnt answered or sent her something back in 4 months? and she still tries to contact him . . also . . can girls act completely happy on the outside and really be torn up on the inside? is there any way to tell if a girl is feeling like that? . . and if she wanted her ex back why would she still be with me and acting fine? why wouldnt she go back to him? maybe because she dumped him and doesnt know if he will take her back? they did go out for 2 1/2 years so i dunno . .. whats goin on?

Well we've had 2 good conversations that went on. She held a smile both times throughout both conversations. Our last one however I was talking to her askin her where she was headed. She was holdin a smile, and answered.

I then asked her if she had a locker partner. I guess I figured it'd be a good way to probably get a chance to see her everyday. She had one unfortunately. So I was like, "Ah that sucks I need a new partner bad, there are like 4 different people in and out of mine and I've lost 2 books already"

Only thing about this convo that seemed to have gone wrong was the fact we didn't say goodbye and kinda drifted apart on that one. I kinda feel I'm losing her in a sense.

Should I ignore her for a bit? Then start approaching her again? What's my best bet? Where do I stand...

And I just found out she knows my sister. My sister came up to me today and was like, hey you liek Crystal don't you... I was like... How did you know?

He is in Alabama and I am in Florida, we are friends from about a year ago and he popped in for the weekend and now we are hooked on each other, but the distance is hard to handle. I need ideas to keep it fresh and keep it interesting. He will be moving down here in the middle of next year.
