How do you let the guy still feel like he's the man and the provider when the woman makes so much more money or is more successsful in her job than he is? Does this DeMasculate them to the point so much that they feel they cannot be the dominate in control or man of the house?

Well, it all depends to what level they share resources. If they are strong in their partnership and are giving with each other, then the amounts shouldn't make a difference. In that house, a man can still be a man, so to speak.
However, for some guys, it could be a problem if they feel like they have to be the "bread winner". Much like for many gals who want to feel "financially secure", sometimes it's harder for them if they are bringing in the majority of the money.

Depends on everything, usually the one who makes the most money ends up being the boss, but I really could care less if a woman makes a lot more than me.

Unfotunatly not many guys care that a woman makes more money since in alot of cases today the woman has to make up for their lack of responsability. I wouldnt sugar coat your earnings in any way...he can get a better payin job if he wants, if not he can suck it up.
