What their intentions are in the relationship. This seems to make some people really squirm. Also, ask them if they believe in prenups and living wills. And....If they would still be the same and stay with you if they won the lottery?

My gf now told me before we were dating that she didn't understand how some girl didn't just come and sweep me up. I asked her yesterday (had a bit of a heart-to-heart) if she still wondered. I think it got my point across. Ball was in her court.
