My fiance and I are spending our first New Years together on our own and we want to make it romantic.....I have read through all the other answers but none of them really fit what I am looking for. I see TV shows, movies, commercials,etc... and they all represent us as vain and well...slightly irritable. My husband came home from work the other night, and said he loved what I did with my hair. ( I actually hadn't done anything) I loved that he noticed it looked different! When you see the onscreen portrayal of this, when the man says he likes her new hair, the woman gets upset, saying, "You didn't like it before?" She comes out and asks if these jeans make her look fat, and he pulls out a Snickers bar, because he "needs a minute." Am I the only one who wants my man to tell me something makes me look bad or good? Isn't it better to have him be honest, and not get *itchy, than to go out in public and have people stare at you like you got dressed in the dark?

okay.so ive liked this guy we can call him tom for a while and we always 'watch football together' we will text each other during the game and be like ooo did you see that and oh yeah!! and yesterday after the patriots giants game he asked me out i was like YES!!!!!!
then this other guy we will call him jerry whos cute asked me out and i couldnt say no..cause im too nice so i said yes. and i figured i'd work things out today. well tom and jerry are apparently friends...and today tom texted me yelling and cussing saying that i cheated (he just got out of a bad relationship and his gf cheated on him) and i've apoligized all day...can you tell me something to say cause i am sorry and i was stupid and i want him back!!

okay...i'm 15 and i have 8 months starting january 19th to get all of this settled...basically as soon as i turn 16 i'm going to file for emancipation...i have a job that pays 6.55 an hour and my boss is great...i can work up to 18hrs a week right now (during school) and 40hrs when there isn't school...so money is NOT an issue at all...the only problem is i live with VERY STUBBORN parents and our judges are complete asses when it comes to all this...oh i also found a home close to my school so i can still go to school (link at bottom). Plus right now i'm saving up to get a car so i'll have a ride to and from work everyday...even if i can't drive i work with AMAZING ppl who would give me a ride. all i want is my freedom...do i have all i need or am i missing something? ? ? plz any help would be greatly appreciated!! i'm begging for some help...plz.

this is a hard question.

my dad has a brother, tim. he got married to a woman,lisa, who already had two kids. then he had two kids with lisa and then they got divorced. i was really close to her other two kids, jessica and nicole. this weekend at my dads sisters house, i talked to them and idk we kinda had fun. nicole is my freiend on myspace and i want to see them again. tim WILL NOT let me.

I'm happily married, and totally over my ex, just to get that straight. Over the holidays, we saw my ex, who works at microsoft with my husband and I, so it's not odd for us to run into each-other. Here's the thing: his new girlfriend *who is indeed a 17 yr old with a fake ID* is a hooker. I know because two years ago, my friend had sex with her at a 21+ party, and she called the cops saying he raped her. The next day, he got arrested for sex with a minor *she was 15 then*, serving her alcohol, and rape. I was a witness against her in court, where the judge said she had been arrested 19!!! times for prostitution and drug poss. *our friend got off free, of course*
Here's the thing: i tried to tell my ex, and he blew me off, saying i'm just jealous *she is VERY good-looking, that doesn't help*, but I just KNOW that since she is a minor still, she will try the same charges on him, that's how she gets her money. And STD's. Can I print up court records, help? She shouldn't be around!

I have this relative whom I stay far away from. He is intellegent, witty, overwhelming and narcissistic. There is no time that he is in my presence that he isn't bragging about his Master's Degree. It is quite stifling to bear. There is this situation that I can't quite understand. This relative hangs out with his friend at numerous events, especially when the man is dating. He's always hanging out around the man's house and watches wrestling matches. It's quite irritating, like he has some type of obsession. What makes matters worse, is that his friend met this lady over the Internet. Now he's dating her and the relative is around them like a chaperone (a real shadow), over their relationship. I spoke to the relative about this and he persists in his bold attitude that they are ALL friends. I spoke to his friend about this. Guess What? He is whimsical about it all. The friend mentions that he is just friends with the lady. The lady purchases gifts and he accepts. What's missing here?

Ok people, what's your opinion? 21 year old girl walking down the street in Italy with her mum. Car stops man gets out introduces himself and tells the mum her daughter could be a model. Gives his card. How does it go from here?
My guess: He spoke to the mum to make himself seem genuine. Girl phones him has 'interview' he tells her he has many connections but she needs a portfolio and he has a friend who will do one cheap. Takes a 1000 euros off her.
Then keeps her on a promise all the time trying to get into her knickers. When no jobs come up after months of promises, she gets so deserate she will take anything.

Am I right here or is this man genuine? Have I got it all wrong, is this the way many modelling careers start? What do you think happens next, after he gives the card to the girl, how do you picture the scenario? I would love to know.

My coworker is white and of Dutch decent. He came into work today and out of nowhere stated that "black people are the ones who should be faulted for slavery; since they entrapped their own people and sold them to the whites." His comment came out of nowhere. I'm extremely offended by his comment but I'm not sure what to say.

Me and my ex met each other over a year ago under an unusual situation. It started out as a hookup, but we kept in touch (long distance, by the way). More developed, and we became a couple. She came down here a few times, and then I went there. After a few months, alot went on in her life, alot of difficult situations, and we broke it off. She kept in touch with me still, but I wouldn't get back. We've been off for a year, but she kept getting in touch with me and apologizing, and said that leaving me was the stupidest thing she has done. The last time, I decided to start talking back with her. I dated during the time apart, and no one compared. Now, we are talking regularly, and I told her I want to give it another chance. She wants to get back together, but wants to wait to make it official until we see each other. She has also gotten bad about calling lately, blaming work. She goes out quite a bit. Should I be worried, and am I stupid to put out my feelings again?

Alrite so a week ago I thought i had broken my finger. so when i was sitting in the emergency room i made a promise to god that if my finger wasnt broken that i wouldnt do something (which lets just say he doesnt approve of) for 2 weeks if my finger wasnt broken and i said if i broke this promise he could kill me. now this leads to my question, can you really make deals with god and can he really kill you?

His whole family is really messed up. He shot himself and they had to find him. My finacee can't sleep, and when he does he has horrible nightmares. His whole family can't eat and they cry all the time. It's only been a few weeks, so im hopeing that it's normal. I've never had anyone close to me die so im not sure what to do or say... I'm just trying to be there for him. Any ideas of what could help?? Am i doing the right thing?? We're fighting too, and we usually don't. Is it because of the greif?? Should i ignore it? What should i do??

My ex-boyfriend of 3 years broke up with me a few months ago. I was very crashed over it. but he has been always contacting me, saying he finds it hard, he misses and loves me. Of course I felt the same. He even came to see me twice as he missed me too much. But he said we cannot get together as the long-distance situation hasn't changed. Last time he contacted me, he told me he wants us to work things out but then he backed off again saying it's still not the right time for us. I was hurt again so I asked for no contact even though I really love him and want to be with him. Its hard really. But he eamiled me a week ago saying he can't help his feelings but he misses me, thinks of me and doesn't want me to think he doesn't want me anymore. He emailed again 2 days later. I replied but I got upset when he said he is going abroad with his friends to celebrate New Year. He said he will leave me alone now as he can't take blames from me. I am so hurt. I love him. I am 30 yrs old.

i signed up for this thing for actign modeling ect.

and so a rep called me asked me for my moms visa number we gave it to him and we gave him all the information i KNOW I ACTED STUPID AND I MADE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE ALIVE.
but he said that i had to fax him all of the other imformation.
but i forgot to fax it to him so i dont know and i havent sent him piks or anything
he said that my first payment was gonna be tomorro dec 31 ,.

but i havent sent him like anything the fax or the piks.
and ive been trying to comunicate with him and the company but their working hours are like from monday to friday . so i cant speak to no one so will that payment go off my moms visa tomorrow! cuz i havent sent him anything i sent him an email saying i couldent sign up for this becuz my sis was extremely sick and she is so we dont have time for this.
