There are three of us in our Early 30s living in a share house, the third guy - Dave - only moved in 3 months ago and myself and Rick have been there for 18 months.
Rick and I have tried to like Dave but just can't, he has many flaws and it makes for uncomfortable moments in the house.
Nobody likes confrontation so I have decided to email him an eviction note - what do ou think I should write?

You should "break up" with Dave to his face. Sending an eviction notice over email is shady. Both of you should meet with him at the same time. Say something like "Since you've been living here, we've felt uncomfortable. We don't think your lifestyle is a good fit with ours and we'd like you to find a new place to live." Don't get too specific because you might insult him and make him mad. If he argues with you, just say you've both put a lot of thought in to it and you're not going to change your minds. Give him a few weeks to find a new place. Good luck.
