my two girls cheer teams and my son plays football i love it so much but he hates popwarner and says its a waste of time and money i am doing it anyhow but how do i get him to come around he wouldnt go to hardly any games last year at all

I have a daughter with a women i never loved. i now have a son with my wife that is now 1 month old. My wife is upset that she couldnt mother my first child especially my first daughter. And i agree with her whole heartedly. how can i calm her down and make her feel better?

How can I get a girl of my mind. However, its not like the end of a relationship, i just need to think about other stuff for a week. We both know we like each other, but nothing will happen for at least a week because theres a lot going on at the moment. So what can I do to take my mind off her, clean suggestions please.

OK well hear is the problem. My boyfriend who is 25 years old, We just bought our first house together, recently he told his parents that we were dating. and he went and told his dad this first because he knew his mom was going to freak out because me and him have dated before. anyways now his mom is so mad at him because he lied to her and didn't tell her first. It's got so bad that she even called his work today to see if he was really there or not. We live 4 hours away. I dont know what to do. We dont want to have to break up just to make things better. Please help me understand what kind of rights he has as an adult? because he loves his paretns alot but he just wants her to leave him alone and let him make his own decions.

OK - we are 99% there - My boyfriend and I have decided that we are moving in together and he has all but just confronted his daughter with it. She's not going to be happy, but she will come around - I have a good feeling for a change. Anyways, I want my man tobring his personal posessions and everything else he wants to help make this house "our" home - even though it has been my house, it will become OURS and he needs to feel that & so I am supportive of him hanging his pictures on the walls, he has full control over the garage - yadda, yadda. He thinks I am a toal trip because I am spirited about him feeling like it is his home too. Says that realistically, he thinks it is going to take him some time to get used to it. SO - do I help him settle in or should I just be open to him saying "where can I put this?" - even though my answer will be "where would you want it"? Does this make it easier for him or harder?

We all love / hate our birthdays bot we still want our friends and family to acnoledge it. It just seems odd that my birthday was yesterday and I never got one call or one wraped gift. Not even a cake but I said I didn't wan't one. To top it off I am 24 weeks pregnant and no one calls to even see how I am doing witht the pregnancy. Yes I may be pathetick but I have feeling and I am sure there are many of you out there that have gone through similar situation.

He left early this morning and we were both crying, he almost didn't go but I didn't want him to not go because of me. I have been in tears all day and miss him so much I am finding it hard to breathe, this is really painful for me how do I stop missing him so much? I don't think I can do this for 3 more weeks

We broke up around 2 months ago. And i was ok about it then. But recently hes been in all my dreams, every time i see him, my heart starts racing and my eyes go all watery.
He recently started 'seeing' someone i know. So this could be to do with it.

i am in shock that there are people in this world who agree with smacking children. it isnt right under no circumstances. if you smack your child you are teaching them violence. when we are born we are born innocent little babies the reasons why there are so many crimes etc from teenagers is that the way they have grew up in has taught them bad habbits. if you hit u kid u are teaching them that it is ok to hit when we lose our nerves or don't get what we want. some one statd that the child should be disciplined- and after you hit them tell them you love them?? so if a person kills someone they should walk over to the body and say it was for your own good and that u love them??? what?? maybe i am picking it up the wrong way but no one has the right to hit anyone. nt even police officers or the law. u are just as bad if u use violence against mis behaviour. totally disgraceful. PARENTS DNT OWN THEIR KIDS LIKE PROPERTY THEY R RESPONSIBLE FOR THEM!!

I havent only just just starting seeing eachother now, it started from last october which makes it hard, she says she wouldnt want me to choose between her and the navy. I think i will just go and see her when i come back and navy are'nt always away all the time. My Nan passed away two years ago, it would have been their wedding anniversary on Friday of this week. I brought a "Thinking of you" card for my Grandad which I was about to post. When I told my Dad he stated that none of the family send cards to him on this date ( which I kinda understand), last year I didnt as it was the first year and first anniversary they had been apart, but thought it would be nice to let him know I was thinking of him....Its not like he is going to forget the date, they were married for 60 years...Do I send it or not?

I posted a question about what should? Get with her or go away? i'm 20, we got together last friday and its brilliant but she still says she wont be able to handle having to wait for someone to come back for like 4 months and that. Should i say to the navy cna i join next January? But will i have to do everythink again? (hope not!)........ Feel so bloody stpuid and my dad say's i should just go in the navy? He wants to terminate his rights, both he and his mom wanted me to terminate and as they said "get rid of this kid"! He also had a party at our house where I found a bunch of stuff including condoms, candy thongs and booze we don't drink! I am hurt beyond belief! I am 22, 12 wks pregnant, am giving my baby every chance. Any advice please?! I am scared out of my mind because this is my first pregnancy!

If he does terminate his rights, does he still have to pay child support? What would you do in this sitiuation?

I have this male friend that is basically an internet friend. We have been talking for almost two years via email, and we have met in person before as well. It is only a platonic relationship, but I have to admit there is attraction on my part. We dont really discuss realtionship issues. I am not concerned with being in any type of committed boyfriend/girlfriend relationship at this time. I want to send him a birthday card, and I was wondering if this would send a signal that I was interested in more than just being friends. I dont want him to get the wrong impression because if there is no attraction on his part I dont want to loose him as a friend. In other words, I like the way things are between us at present, and I do not want to do anything to tamper with that. Basically, we only send emails back and forth and an occassional letter through post.

me and my girlfriend have fought alot and it has lead to about 6 breakups over the last two years, mostly due to a lack of control on my anger, where i have never hit her, cheated on her or lied to her, i have yelled at her on several occcations.
We have both talkd since and we both said we dont want some one else but she cant handle my anger and we both agreed that if i had no anger problems, or even a control on it things would be perfect like they were. So i have started theropy not for her but to better myself. This has made her happy to see i am tring to get a control on it and make efforts towards imporvement. Now should i wait fo rhe rto come back and wait patiently or do i move on to another girl and try to forget about mine and hers past. I do love this girl with all my heart and have always said to always follow your heart but my heart screams 2 stay and wait but my head screams go she'll only hurt me again if she does come back and idk what to do. any advice is welcomed. ty
