csa in uk are now under the new rules,best check them out online

They cant order you to do it. However, if the father is desputing that he is the father then he can ask for a DNA test and therefore the CSA will ask for a DNA test from the child to prove that he is the father and has to pay maintenance. I do believe they CANNOT legally force you to do this though.

yes they do in order to establish paternity on someone if they are giving you aid they need to find the father or mother so they can get their money back

If you are on benifits they can have them stopped if you refuse a DNA test.

no unless court is involved in a paternity case.. no one can order you or if there is a legal preceeding
