My gf and I recently had a fight. Nothing real bad, (name calling), but it was heated. It took us a half a week, but I think things are ok between us. We live together, I kissed her good bye this morning...I called later and told her I loved her and she said she loved me. In our fight, she said that she didn't know what to do between me and her, (leave me, or stay with me). Should I worry if she is going out with her friends tonight to party in a college town? We are both early 20's. As far as I know, she has never cheated on me. She is the greatest person I've ever met. We've been together for almost 4 years. When Girls go out, do they go out to try and find other guys or one night stands? I'm pretty nervous, but I don't want to invade her space or interrupt her time with her friends.

I work in a department of 10 women, my boss has always favored a girl named Becca. Becca decided she needed to move 5 hours away to help with her family, so we hired another girl to take Becca's place.

The new employee was given Becca's old position, cubicle, phone number, etc.

4 months later Becca decided she wanted to come back, so my boss created a new position just for her, gave her a pay increase to help with her family problems, and gave her back her old cubicle.

The new girl was asked to move from the cubicle and was given a small desk to use in the hallway until "we could move to a new building." She stayed at the small desk for 9 months before we moved buildings.

The women (including me) in the department felt this was wrong, but they didn't say anything to our boss.

What do you think?

I came out to my family last year about me being a lesbian, as i thought that i should be honest with them as i love them very mcuh and did not want to lie to them. But now i wish that i had lied to them. I tried the whole dating guy thing, but did not get any pleasure from it. Yet when i am with women it makes me happy. I am 20 years old, so am an adult, and yet i do not think i have ever met anyone as homophobic as my family, they hardly talk to me, any pictures of women i have in my bedroom of women, of which are clothed, my mother rips them down. I am still the exact same person as i was before hand, yeah fair enough she might of wanted grandchildren, but i cannot have children anyway. It's so hard for me as i have just come out of a relationshipe and i would love to talk to my mum about it as i am hurting. Does anyone have any ideas on what i can do?
Thanks

I often find myself attracted to women's eyes across a crowded room or on the underground and I then notice that some keep glancing again and again and I wonder whether this is mutual attraction.

2 fridays ago my husband told me that he was leaving me. He denied any involvement with anyone else. He really wanted to go out on the Saturday night with his workmates. I asked him to go out, stay at his mums and come home with his decision on sunday. He came home saying that he wanted to stay with me. Over the following week he admitted that he had got close, over the past couple of weeks to a woman at work. They texted and phoned but he says nothing else happened. I believe him when he says that he didn't sleep with her. She was out on the saturday with his workmates and him and that he decided then that he didn't want her but me. We have been married 14 years. Earlier on this year he went on a site called adult friend finders, didn't speak to anyone on it but kept looking at the site until i found out. He says the problem was that i was always on the computer and that he felt i didn't want him. I wasn't paying him much attention and will now but is it really that simple?

My boyfriend broke up with me on tuesday, we had been together for 8 months. I completely understand his decision, as things were becoming difficult, we couldn't be together when we needed or wanted too as we lived to far apart (different countries)...we both still have very strong feelings for eachother and are both very upset by the decision, but we also know that it is for the best as it was too difficult being apart but being together, (no matter how much we saw eachother we knew we would have to seperate and that would be hard on us both). We could talk about anything, laugh at eachothers silly habits and jokes, and he would constantly sing to me and tell me how much he liked me and felt me inside, his respect for me was also amazing. Bless i'll miss him. But i know we couldn't be friends yet as our feelings are still strong it just wouldn't work, but once we've had a break would it be possible or would the feelings come back?

My husband and I are Christians. But for some reasons he thinks that watching movies with loads of nudity or sex in them is okay. He just got over looking at porn 5 months ago. Can anybody tell me your view of this behavior because I am so mad at him right now. This morning he told me that he needed to see nudity every now and then to be happy. I thought I was doing enough as a wife. Whats wrong with him??

PLEASE HELP ME SOMEONE!

I am going to sound really selfish right now, and I have no idea why this bothering me, but it does. For Christmas last week, everyone in my office at work (there are only 7 of us) drew names out of a hat and exchanged gifts. My boss wanted us to not spend any less than $20 so that everyone would get a decent gift and no one would get "cheaped-out" as she called it. Even though I am the youngest person there(I am 22) and a $20 gift is pretty expensive, I agreed to it. Well, I drew a lady's name (I'll call her Kathy) that I did not like... at all. She is the only person in the office that I do not get along with. Later that day, I found out that she had drawn my name as well. When I went shopping, I ended up buying something for her that cost me about $35. I thought, what the hell...it's Christmas. When Friday came around, we had our little "party" at lunchtime. Everyone exchanged gifts. But guess who did not recieve a gift. That's right.... Me. (continued below)

My boyfriend of a year is in Iraq for the second time. I love him with all my heart and I know he loves me. It is just so hard being in a relationship with someone who is so far away. I think of him all the time in a way that is is becoming a distraction to my life. When he was home he was the only reason why I smiled and now he is the only why I cry. We talk on the phone occassionaly and e-mail each other daily. At first I didn't understand how serious the war was but as time passes and the more people are getting killed I fear more and more for his life everyday. When he left it was like I was losing my best friend. I understand that this is his job but it just hurt so bad. I feel so lonely. I definitely want to spent the rest of my life with him and I can't see my life without him. Is this a healthy relationship? Should I break up with him so he would have to be stressed because he is away from me? Maybe I am a distraction to him!?!?

My boyfriend has 3 children (9-12 yr old boys)with his ex. He has 50/50 custody- she doesn't allow him to take the kids any where w/o her or he visits them at her house. He ownes his own business which she remains involved in. She sends out and pays bills. He dictates what to write on his customers billing statements and gives all bills to be paid (unopened) to her. On the exterior he is a very tough individual. Others see him as intimidating. When it comes to his ex he's a total wimp. She is 8 yrs older than him & a bully. He is very upset over his limited visits with his kids but won't push the issue. Whatever she says goes! I feel she is going to screw him over with his business. She knows every dime he takes in, she doesn't work ( what she does for him takes 2-3 hours a week) He pays all of her expenses & she has free range of the business account. She makes him an emotional wreck. He keeps secrets about this from his family & friends. He won't listen to my suggestions.

I went to a wedding reception a few weeks ago and wore a nice dress just above the knee, heels and pantyhose. My mother almost flipped because I had worn just pantyhose (no panties or slip) under the dress to avoid lines. It really hurt my feelings. She told me the dress was too short to wear just pantyhose under it. They were all sheer; but made to wear without. She had accidently walked in on me as I was undressing after the reception. I just turned 20; and I would like to know what you think.

If I could go back, I would have spoken at my Moms funeral. She was an amazing woman, but I was too scared to speak. I was 20 when she died, and Im 26 now. Jan 11, will be 6 years without my best friend. I wish I would have told the world how wonderful she was, I just didnt have the courage to stand up and do so and I will regret that for the rest of my days.

What is one thing you could change if you could go back and why?
