Should I spend it with family or with friends?

both, invite everyone to your house, light up the fireplace, if you don't have a fireplace, go to someones house that has one, tell everyone to bring something to eat, make sure no one gets to drunk to drive.......and just relax.......

Follow your heart on this one.... I would spend it with family first then if friends want to join, then that would be GREAT!!!! You have to make that decision. Just remember....... whatever you are doing and whoever you are with is what you will be doing all year with those same peeps........ lol Well that's the old saying anyway..... I always heard having a clean house and all the bills paid would work too......... NOT!!!! lol

Depends on what type of New Year you want. Why not incorporate both if you can, depending on how your family is?
Ask a few close friends over to your house with your family?

I like to go to church first and give thanks to the past year (2006),
GOD is good and I made it through,
then after church go out and celebrate with friends.
I'm hosting a party at my house this year so its going to be good!
