Next time she does something nice, priase her, then allude to her previous, less appealing behaviour as a contrast.

u mean she is selfish? and mean?.. uh well tell her what the problems? why is she doing this to u for? asked her and talk to her about it - tell her u are feeling bad for her been mean to u and all this to u.
