She is 2,000 miles away and I will not see her until December.

My mother, who is a widow in her 60s want's to come live with me and my 2 kids. Honestly I do not want her to, but she makes it sound like I have no reason to say no. Has anyone else gotten themselves out of a similar situation and HOW?

We have moved a lot(Army life) and have returned to a place we lived in before we had a three year stint in the U.K.The kids have friends here,my parents live here,it is a safe place to live-usually-we have jobs...BUT it is also 'hicksville'.It is an impoverished (culturally and financially)rural part of Canada.The education system,variety,lifestyle in the U.K spoiled this small town living for us.Everything is a huge drive to get anywhere.The opportunities for our children when they leave school are limited and they will probably have to move away.My daughter's Highschool is less than great.Two bomb threats the second week she was back at school(a copycat act but still!).Kids coming in 'stoned'.The uniforms were great at the U.K schools-no question about what to wear and why.We feel we are on the outside looking but our children are travel-weary.They are at an age when they don't want to keep moving.There is still so much to see and do and we feel 'trapped'.Stay or Go?

my bf and i have been together for almost 2 yrs - we live together snd the sex is good - when it happens - I would like sex 3 times a week at least but we have gone through times without sex for 2 months - he never initiates - its always me and he rejects me many times - he says its not me but i cant help but feel rejected .he looks at porn online and it kills me - even though he could be with me anytime he wants me he looks at porn instead of me - he was going online once a day or every other day for a while and i finally freaked out - he said he would cut down but he still goes on...not as much as far as i can tell...y would he need that if he can have me - we r happy - he says he doesnt always "do anything" sometimes he just goes to look...that hurts me am i crazy???

It is like this...i loved a gurl...but she is family.**her grand pa and the grand ma of my mother are brothers and sisters...To tell you the truth I was in emergency room in the past weekends by taking to many pills...I was in big fight with my mind..she is from Germany...she came to visit the family...At that time I was moving to her aunts house...we haven't been seen for about 12 years....we are now grown..we start talking...and i start to know all the things.....she waz fulfilling all the requirments to be my gurl....i have 8 requirements....she just match to my all questions..and we go out for party...we were drunk...till then i didn't tried to kiss her...At that time we were filling hot.. she just came closer to me...and then we start kissing...after that we kiss all the time ..on every moment...on every second....we smoke together...we were having a good times....but the time has come to go back to her home....on saturday afternoon ...i cann't take it...i don't know what to do..

Please check earlier question i posted.My family/friends never celebrate my birthdays uncle or aunt come down from another country to celebrate fathers birthday take him out to dinner gift expensive things like brand new house etc 1 month back celebrate grandpas birthday.None of them wish on my birthday it happens every year.As every year his sibling came from other country to celebrate his birthday my mother father gave me guilt trips when i said i wouldnt come(dinner/celebrate).I was really upset as they did it from past years(im 25).How do i let my family,friends realise that if they dont wish me on my birthday(for 24years)i wont wish/attend/celebrate their birthday no guilt trips.

i am financially fit.yet when i told him about a homeless man who wants to sleep in my driveway and needed help, he ignored this.why would he be concerned about me ,when he doesn"t care about a homeless man who needs help?he told me that this man should go to the red cross and that i can not live his life for him.Do you see something wrong here?

im 24year old girl.All my life ive never had my birthday celebrated except my father and his family always celebrates his birthday.I dont have anything against it and ive attended everyone of them but my parents are very well to do dont celebrate my birthday that means not cake big party many people not even a family get together going out for dinner or some place out of town.Even having a nice meal on my birthday has to be told.Same goes for my fathers family i wish everyone of them.They celebrate my fathers 56(not once thrice,gifts like brand new house,meals at expensive restaurants,grandfathers 90 uncles aunts cousins who come over to my place)except mine.My friends and man i love dont wish me on my birthday even after subtle reminding them.Im very upset since its not about wishing on birthday its a small gesture wishing me on my birthday its not like they do anything else since we are all long distance.Im not whining or selfish its just whenever i think about it i feel bad/sad.

it was his decision not mine but since moving out ive only spent 3-4 nights back home, every afternoon he picks me up and we go back to his place and he drops me off at mums most mornings on his way to work. i have no problem with this as i love going to sleep and waking up next to him but im slightly confused because he said to me he wants me to stay every night and his mum still calls his room "our room" and he asked me the day before yesterday to start paying rent again. it's only $30 a week but what am i supposed to think, he even picked my pet rat Morgan up from mums after work yesterday and put him in the spare room at his house. is he just missing my company at night or does he want me living there again, i don't see much point paying rent at mums and at his house if im not living at both. Please tell me your thoughts

Im 25 years old and have never met my real father, I have just recently asked my mother for any information she may have on him but it was very limited. My mother is 45 and said he was a bit older, his first name is Michael and his last name may be Crough but my mother was not 100% on that. In 1981 he was an I.T. person for a major computer company of the time doing work at Luke AFB in Arizona, she was in her 20's when she got pregnant, when she told him he said he didn't want involved so she left to come back home here in Oklahoma. I have no idea how to track down someone with this limited of information so any help or advice any of you may have could be very helpfull, thanks.
