Maybe you have the rare pleasure of having a man that respects you. My husband didn't kiss me for a while after we were dating, and later let me know that he wanted me to know for sure that he liked me for my personality, not just sex appeal. Maybe he doesn't have experience with kissing, either. You might be the first and he might be a little nervous. Ask him.

First of all how long have you dated? or how long have you known each other?
sometimes a guy wont kiss a girl because he may be shy. or he doesn't want you to think that he is being too foreword.

Maybe he's scared of what can happen after you two kiss!...are you still friend, you go to girlfriend and boyfriend, or maybe it all ends up wrong and none of you want to talk anymore! For you to know just ask him!:)
