She is 2,000 miles away and I will not see her until December.

Ahh you love her so much thats sweet! She's a lucky girl and I hope she realises how special your relationship is. I'm sure she's missing you just as much! Bring on December and make sure you catch up on all the cuddling and stuff that you can!
