So, I am now a 15-year-old student who can be considered as a model student in my campus since I am one of the smartest and am very active in school activities, holding many tasks and positions.

There are some people who seem to be trying to make my life harder. They use bad words to call me, such as 'f***er' and other words that are used by the drop-outs.

It is understood because they come from the less intelligent class and do not excel in academic and spends their time fooling around, playing games, thinking about sex and other stuff.

How should I cope with this?

Like, someone may call yo a jackass, and in for some reason, thats exactly what you wnt people to call you! you want to be know as that crazy dude, kind of! knwo what I'm getting at?

people treat me like im nothing and that they can punch or hurt me when ever they want to. well thats how i feel. someone punched me hard and so i got sick of doing nothing and just being someone who always gets runned over so i give her a decent scratch i scrath really hard and i meen in but people still annoy me? how do i win a bit of, i dunno, respect

My roommate just moved in with me in March and it has only been two months and she had already started in about how she doesn't like it because of the neighbors. I complained to the landlord and they are getting kicked out 6-15-07. She origionally said she would want to move down there, but now she is saying that because the neighbors have too many cats that our landlord will have to rip up the carpet and put in new carpet cause her cat will smell the other cats and it will drive the cat crazy!! Before she said this I brought up my boyfriend moving in with us and I think she is making up all these excuse cause she doesn't want to move in with him, and we would need him down there to pay the rent. Because she is pissing me off about her cat crap and not doing the dishes 4X in a row I want to move my boyfriend in and not even have him pay rent. What do you think about that? I figure she will just get so mad about it and move out. Our lease is up in June anyway.

I have an out of state friend that has come to visit me twice now. (a 4-5 hour drive away) and I love her dearly.. well, memorial weekend my family is driving through where she lives and she wants me to get dropped off & come visit. I don't want to for so many reasons but i don't know how to tell her.
reasons:
1. I am terrified of being away from home and being in unfamiliar situations. I know this is something I need to break, but I get a sick feeling everytime I think about it. absolutely terrified
2. I NEVER get the house to myself and I was SO looking forward to everyone being gone and having some alone me time.
those are the 2 main reasons. i feel like a horrible friend and she is very overdramatic and will probably say some pretty harsh things about me if i dont come. she's like that. she made a comment that a girl she used to be friends with never came to see her, she always had to go see her hinting to me. i dont know how to tell her w/o hurting her feelings..

We've been good friends for several months now. Last week, we were at my house. I had gone out to the car for a second, leaving her in my computer room with my purse. When I came back she recieved a phone call because her grandma had a stroke and went to the hospital. She hugged me, then left. I immediately noticed my wallet missing and called her out on it.

She left me a text message saying how sorry she was, ect. She is not poor, and I am not rich...so there really is no way to justify her actions. She will be bringing my wallet back first thing in the morning. (I had threatened going to the police, I have proof, and she is scared...so I don't know if she is really sorry or just sorry she got caught) She sent a text saying "Don't worry about you're money, I'm giving you an extra $100 since you had to go without" I replied that I didn't want an extra 100, just the $280 that was mine...but she still insists. Should I accept the extra money?

For example... yesterday while i was with some friends, i was combing my hair and all of a sudden it slipped out of my hand, i "jokingly" said "cheezus... comb almost took out my leg" because it landed on my knee (i was sitting down) it was one of those "spikey" combs, so anyway, i didn't intend it to be that funny, just a light-hearted comment sort of thing. So my friends didn't find it funny and then they turned it around on me and went all ape-**** saying stuff like "you exaggerate way to much, it's kind of stupid" or "it's not possible for a comb to tear your leg off" or something like that. So yeah, why does everyone take everything so seriously? (not everyone, i know that... just people i seem to know)

My friend is a mother of two and he children's Father wants custody of the children (who is the idiot).

He has a free lawyer and she has none because she lives with her parents, so it'll cost 2 grand upfront for her.

The true question is, how can she defend herself in court and keep custody of the two children?

My "friend" ali and i are having SERIOUS issues. I did something that i shouldn't have because it was really funny but it really hurt her feelings and that was about a week ago. Here it is a week later and we havent talked since then. She hates me bacause she says we fight to much (which is VERY true) so she doesn't want to hang out with me anymore or talk to me anymore and we are leaving our best friend christa in the middle of all of this and it is a really big mess especially i sit RIGHT NEXT TO HER in math and she doesn't even say 1 word to me EVER. i mean if she doesn't want to hang out with me that doesn't mean that she can't at least say 1 word to me right???But i have been really mean to her for the past couple of days so i think thats why. 1 of my best fnds(we have taken vacations 2gether)lives app 1 1/2 hr away from me.she met a man abt a yr ago & they live 2gether now & have a baby.he is mean 2 her daughter from a previous marriage(whose dad died in iraq last year)& he doesnt work & my friend foots the bill for everything because she has money from the settlement from the military.anyway i go see her when i can.i am a student & work a min wage job & cant afford gas 2 go see her as much as i would like.besides her new man is a smarta** & he makes smart remarks 2 me & she just laughs & makes excuses 4 him.
anyway-i pulled out of my driveway this morning & i saw a truck like my friends.i sent her a txt message & asked if she was n my town & an hr later she sent back that she was & asked if i saw her.i am very offended she was so close 2 my house and didnt take the time 2 stop or even call.why should she expect me 2 be the 1 2 always c her when she is rite here & doesnt take the effort.i had surgery last week 2!

she's nice but she gets rly annoying-ish...all of my friends hated her from the start but i still wanted to be nice and all. But now i think that she is getting really annoying... I think we both changed at the same time and now our personalities conflict badly. Like, she always is jealous and everything and gets a ll "poser"/wannabe-ish. how can i GENTLY tell her that she's annoying and i don't really want to be her friend anymore?
