For example... yesterday while i was with some friends, i was combing my hair and all of a sudden it slipped out of my hand, i "jokingly" said "cheezus... comb almost took out my leg" because it landed on my knee (i was sitting down) it was one of those "spikey" combs, so anyway, i didn't intend it to be that funny, just a light-hearted comment sort of thing. So my friends didn't find it funny and then they turned it around on me and went all ape-**** saying stuff like "you exaggerate way to much, it's kind of stupid" or "it's not possible for a comb to tear your leg off" or something like that. So yeah, why does everyone take everything so seriously? (not everyone, i know that... just people i seem to know)

Sounds as if you talk about your health more than you think. Either that or you need new people to hang out with.

I kinda thought it was funny. If it makes you feel better, I probably would have said the same thing. LMAO

I know how you feel. You are joking and no one thinks it is funny even when it really is. Try to say funny things in a different way instead of exaggerating. If it doesn't work just be yourself.
