she always getting smart wit me. always fussing. always giving me problems. when she gets me in trouble she try to put extra stuff in. she got evry one againt me(intire family). she gets mad when my dad dose not wupe me. my life was great even enjoyable
until she married a dad. Im 13. she beside all that she cut me off from the only friend i had because i started liking him he was 2 yrs older than me. he knew my real age. he shed light on the dark hell she was giving me. and she said i could not talk to him because she read something in my diary. NON SEXUAL. and my dad just let her do it.

On June 15th, 2006, my mom died in a bad car accident and then just last thursday, I found out a classmate of mine died in a car accident too. I'm not sure how to react... It's just like I'm cursed or something. It seems that everytime something good happens, something 10x worse happens too... How do I react to all of this? I'm going to be a senior in high school and it's just hard to go one. How do I go about doing it???

Ok, My dad is well, if I say it here I would get suspended. Lets just say hes a real jerk and hes a disgrace to men and guys everywhere. He yells at my mom for no reason. He yells at her when she goes outside for a few minutes just to get away from him. She thinks she is useless all because of him. Hes brainwashed her. My mom hurt herself badly a few months ago so she couldnt go back to work if he (or she) leaves. I have a job but its not the best out there. Imm only 14 and my sister is only 8. HGe thinks he can beat us up and we cant defend ourselves. He doesent beat us up all the time though. Hardly ever. Im planning on moving to another state when I grow up. But I need to get my mom and sister out of this. My dad wont see help. He is under alot of stress with back pain and everything. So is my mom. What do I do? Ive got no clue.

My husband and I were married almost 2 weeks ago. Our children got along very well before the wedding. They were all very excited about the wedding. But now things just are not going well.

His daughter is more outspoken then mine, and has been going back to her mother saying that my son is beating up his son who is 7, my son is 10. Which is not what is happening. The boys like to wrestale, and one usually gets the better of the other. And that my daughter is a B****. The 7 year old boy has been bossing around my son, and vice versa. His daughter will not even come over to the house. I guess it doesn't help that his EX is in the back ground, when she is on the phone taking to her father making rude comments. The Ex accually inhibits the daughter by feeding into their conversation, and making it sound worse then what it is. We have both had a good relationship with each other kids prior to the wedding. But his Ex wife does not seem to help the situtation.

What do you think of a 39 year old man who is at his mom's house EVERYDAY! They call each other every single day. She calls him and asks for favors everyday...and he goes. She does things for him too. Gives him gas money and gives him food. He works full time! She is not an invilid (Sp). Nothing wrong with her. She drives and works full time job! What is up with them two?! She live about 20 minutes away, and he will drive there sometimes two or three times a day...for what??? Is that normal?

I live w/ my mom, have an 8 mo. old daughter, & am taking 18 units this semester, so theres NO time for a job & I have nowhere else to go. I give her what I can out of fin. aid & buy stuff for the house(shampoo, food, etc.) & clean up. You couldn't even tell theres a baby around by how kept up I keep her stuff. I'm not rude, messy , or loud. despite all this, I get crabbed at almost 24/7, am told to "get out & get a life" yet be a 'good mommy' @ the same time, am questioned if I pop up w/ any $(if it's not stolen first), noone will stay out of my room & I can't even have a lock on the door besides a rinky-dink knife can open it one. Also, I have to nurse the baby every 4 hrs, but am told to stop "sitting on my lazy fat a$$ all the time". I know these may sound like teen/kiddie complaints, but I'm 21 yrs old! I have nowhere else to go & no way to make that happen @ this point, but I deserve some amt. of respect. How do I get it?!(btw, I've tried asking &talking nicely, it hasn't worked)

It's something that I have thought about over the years but have never seriously persued. I think the reason is because I've always known that I don't really want a relationship with my birth parents but there is always the curiosity to see where I came from. Is this a good enough reason to want to contact them? I have always felt that my adoptive family is my real family, so I don't really feel any void in my life by not knowig my biological parents. This is why I know that my only reason for contacting my biologicals would be out of curiosity. Is it likely that I would just cause alot of awkwardness for my adoptive family or my biological parents if I went through with this? If this is a good idea, can anyone suggest a reputable agency I should go through to try to find my birth parents?

we have been together for 4 years now.. i cant bear to be around them another second! when the mother and daughter are together they are so nasty to me. my partner knows i am upset and has stood up to them for me but they dont care and keep at it.
family life is important to me so i dont want to cut them off altogether...we have livined in our new house together for 6 months now... we had a family dinner in which the two of them were so nasty that they said that the only reason i am living where i am is because of him (implying i cant afford it)... we live in a million dollar home... my partner is in the medical profession and i am in engineering... they are just receptionists! they are just always so nasty...they pick on what i wear... make me feel bad about everything i do... i dont even want to talk when around them because they just pick on everything... i know they must be a bit jealous because i am slim, attractive and they really arent... i cant bite my tongue any longer

im from australia and i have been to the states 4 times now on the 3rd visit in october last year we got married. my husbund is a american citizen. i went back to australia after we was married to tie up lose ends.but i was only home 3 weeks when his parents got really sick.it was to much for him to handle on his home so i came back to the states on a waiver visa to help him. i have now overstayed my visa which ran out4 months ago.i was wondering what steps we have to take to become legal or at least be able to work.also i was wondering what would happen if we go to the airport to return home sence i have overstayed my visa.
