My Youngest son is going through a phase where if he doesnt get what he wants, he just cries and bites and swings his arms wildly. Telling him NO doesnt stop him and obviously we dont want to give in all the time. Whats the best way to deal with him?

I've heard he's on a drugs and drink binge tour of Europe having deserted his wife and kids. Anyone got any news?

If we just live together for the kids sake but sleep in seperate rooms what are the repurcussions? Will we have to get a divorce one day if we choose to marry someone? Do we have to split everything? can we stop living together for a while and then start back up to break the streak of years living together? We are not living together now and the baby isn't even born but I'm curious about certain possibilities.

As a baby he was good. Now as he is slipping into his teens i am finding it harder to take control of situations. His actions are similar to his father and we are no longer together and his father is encarcerated.

Do you ever regret moving so far from home?

I love my partner to bits and we plan on getting married soon but I have trouble getting on with his brother. Every time we go round to his and his wife's house they make us feel on edge/unwelcome and I end up crying. His brother is the most arrogant man I have ever met and he is constantly vile and obnoxious towards me but I feel I have to make an effort for my partners sake as this is the only family he has left. What should I do?

Heidi haas was my moms friend, Randi, from Mankato, MN. I don't know where she lives now, but she has a son that is my same age, and I have never met him. He is my brother. Anyone know her? Maybe around Minnesota.

My Granny has a favorite granddaughter, and she's 26 has 3 kids and keeps bringing in a new man every week. She recently had an abortion, but she told Granny that it was a miscarriage, just so Granny would continue to watch her kids (7 yr old girl and 5 yr old twin boys). Should I tell Granny the truth, or continue to let her watch the kids so the cousin can go get knocked up again?

My brother took his own life over a girl as a teenager. It’s been several years since his suicide and I’m still fretting over his decision to take his own life. I’ve grown up in a very religious family, though I am still uncertain of my own religious conviction. I have heard that suicide is wrong because it robs the victim of the time that was given to prepare for all the glory that comes after. I've also heard that suicide is the deliberate and unlawful killing of one of God's own beloved children, whom He cares for very much. Always choose life. Then I’ve been told that there is no problem that is worth the taking of one's own life because often, all that is needed is time, and things will get much better.

I choose to believe that his decision in taking his own life isn't a transgression and I can't bare to think of him suffering because of he's own judgement. I would just like to know your opinion on suicide and whether you believe it is a sin or not?

Thanks in advance.

My husband and I both work but we are off weekends, Every Friday after work his Mother calls and wants us to drop our plans to entertain her, if we say no she continues to call all night Friday through Sunday leaving messages on our machine and sometimes screaming for us to answer the phone, she then tries calling around looking for us. My husband won't tell her to stop this behavior and if I complain then we end up arguing. She always tries to plan our weekends and if she doesn't get her way she complains that she is ill and needs him to run errands for her. Either way she ends up getting him over her house and although I do love her I am starting to resent her for her rude behavior and I resent my husband because he will not talk to her about it. He says she will just yell at him. What can I do?
