Lmao...I'd say at a hospital after they give birth. I've seen the smallest hispanic woman turn into and stay huge women. Although I guess you can say that about half the women out there...but there's something in the genes which make it even more so for them.

In my area of the world, where hispanic women are small till they hit somewhere in there teens and they have their first baby, and then hit their second baby before they're twenty. It's not like it's every hispanic girl (although every stereotype has some truth behind it), but I'm sure you shouldn't have a problem find one....if you live in high hispanic population.
