My mom, me and my friend were on our way out of the house and I went to the bathroom and then all of a sudden my Mom freakes out and starts yelling because I wasn't in the car yet!Then other times I'll say "I'm board" And she'll be like "well if you're so board then clean my kitchen or give your sister a bath" And I'll say "um, not thanks" And then she'll walk away and mumble "thanks, thanks a lot" And she gives me guilt trips and it's really making me feel bad, but I just don't know what to do. I can't talk to her (trust me, I've tried) She gets upset and says "well, if your lifes is so bad then why don't I show you how bad it could really be" And then she doesn't talk to me for the rest of the day! Please, any advice helps!

He never looked at other women or was unfaithful to her with
other women. They have 3 adorable children. He's claiming the
guy seduced him and he could not resist. She had a good sex life
with him. Now she feels insulted.
I told her not to do anything until things cool down. Think of the
children and what a broken home will do them.
What should she do?. He only wanted sex with the guy and is not
in love with him. It was purely a ohysical attraction.
Has such a thing ever happenned to you or someone you know?

I was wondering if anyone knew what kind of custody battle there could be over an unborn child... If the wife is divorcing the husband and is pregnant what rights belong to the father at this point? Can he attempt or succeed full custody at this point? Can he gain any custody at this point?

On thursday i asked to go on a break with my girlfriend because im so sick of her chilling with guys whenever shes not with me. I mean ALL the time. She said why shouldnt she if shes not doing anything wrong. So we go on the break and the next day she begs me to end the break because she sees my point. So last night she goes out with girls for her friends bday and she made a point of saying "..and don't worry i promise i wont see guys tonight". after dinner these guys called and she went to chill with them. When she told me this i broke up with her. I know these guys are just her friends but i think she should have respect for me and atleast should have not done it the next day after she promised. Any thoughts?

I met a woman recently. We got on really well. It really didn't surprise me when a mutual friend told me that she was - shall we say - romantically inclined towards me! I had to admit that I too was romantically inclined towards her!

Then came the next piece of information. "She's got a boyfriend though".

I don't think this woman wants to have a clandestine affair with me (maybe she does), but I think she may be lining me up for a next boyfriend. I don't think a woman who is satisfied in a relationship gets word to other men that she is interested in them romantically.

I'm not sure how I feel about this. I'd be very interested to hear what opinions you answerers have about this.

I have been seperated from my husband for a year, and am now filing for divorce. I have had no contact with him since he left. I pretty sure he does not want the marital home, Its is falling apart and neither of us have the money for repairs.I do notwant to stay here either. The problem is, we owe more than what is is worth. Can i just quite making payments and let the bank take it back? My credit is already shot. I filed bankruptsy last year. so i can not do that again. Neither of us wish to stay here , both of our names are on the mortgage. If i let the bank take it back will he be responsible for his half of the loan? I understand i will be responsible for my share.

i met a really nice guy online and we've chatted on the phone at length. he is very outgoing and travels alot going to skateboard competitions...he's an artist and he also writes music and sings. I'm really starting to like him alot. A week ago he went to Miami for a competition and now he is in Puerto Rico. This morning about 5am he sent me a text message letting me know he was now in Puerto Rico and then he wrote" I want you". I'm not sure how to take this. I want to ask him what he means, but i'm also a little leery of getting too involved with him because I just came out of a relationship and I don't want to get close to anyone.
