You have asked several questions about this using separated and divorced, but either way if he is in a relationship with you and they have no children who they need to talk about then no he shouldn't still be in touch with her. If he still loves her yes then he will stay in touch to try to work it out. He is feeding you a line of bull that he doesn't love her anymore. Even if they did have children only time they need to really talk is only about them and nothing else. Helping her money wise or any other way would be unacceptable to me. I would want to start fresh with someone. You already know in your heart it isn't good or you wouldn't be asking strangers about this.

Does he have kids with her? If so than I can understand keeping in touch maybe even legal issues after the divorce but, just to be leisurely having a convo with her every now and then isn't good, flames could be rekindled trust me. he needs to either completely stop contact or forget about you.

they may be divorced on the mutual grounds coz they might have realised that they are not meant for each other so what wrong in keeping contact on the casual basis....if this thing is bugging u why not discuss it with ur guy... if hez honest he will make ur doubts clear... no relationship can survive for long if u have doubts for each other....it's better to lay them to rest before they can become a serious issue for both of u guys!!

You are asking a lot of questions over the internet and I get the feeling you are in trouble. Spill it out properly so we can help you but your questions are all rather strange. If they are not true then stop wasting our time.

I say the same thing I did before, he's using you to pass the time until he can rekindle his relationship with his ex.
