whenever me and my bf plan to hangout he will talk about it the whoole week, and when that day comes he doesn't say anything about it. like we are suppose to hang out today hes not saying anything, he just keeps texting me random things. why does he do that? and is he waiting for me to bring it up?

Just text and ask what time you should be ready and see what he says. Maybe he's trying to get out of it but you won't know if you don't initiate.

He assumes you already know about plans to hangout and there's no need to discuss much about it today coz its anyway gonna materialise.He talks a lot about it during other days coz he's too excited and waiting for that day to arrive.Now that it has finally come there's less to talk about it.

he probably thinks you forgot about it and doesnt want to look stupid by bringing it up you should just be like "hey baby are we still gonna hang out today?" and see what he says
