okay so there is this guy in my class and i dont know if he likes me or not. i made him make a list of the hottest girls and i was #4 also he called me last night but we only talked for 10 minutes i like him but i dont wanna ruin our friendship. he wanted to be my partner but other people wanted to be my partner to he was uppset cause the teacher ended up picking the partners. does he like me or am i a good friend. he also when we were on the phone he was like we have more in common then i thought he was like i have to take a shower ill call you later. so does he like me?

Yes! he really likes you! He's crazy about you.
Seriously! he just made up an excuse to get off the phone because he doesn't want to be a nuciense to you.
But you should just start calling him like twice or three times a week, and ask what the history homework was or something, then be like so "how was your day?" or "whats up?" just start doing this alot, but not too much, you dont want to seem obsessive. Then eventually the phone conversations will start to get alot longer and deeper, and eventually he will ask you out!

first of all, never ask a guy to make a list of the hottest girls. it's putting him under pressure that he has to include you on that list even if he doesn't think you belong there. and he may just think of you as a friend if he wants to be your partner, but on the other hand, he MAY like you. i wouldn't be too sure, especially if you're banking it on the fact that he told you he had to take a shower. sorry, but all guys take showers. announcing it isn't that big of a deal.
i'd wait a bit longer to find out if there are more clear signs to his feelings.
