I married my husband 5 weeks (almost to the day) from the day I met him. I have been married for 16 years. I don't know if that is a match made in heaven, but I do think that you know when you meet the person you are meant to be with. Unfortunately I think most people 1) don't trust their judgment and 2) when they do they think that is all there is to it and just cut and run (divorce) as soon as things get a little tough.

Marriage is simply a partnership that two people maintain; just like between business partners or two police officers.

You support one another through the dark times; not just enjoy the good times.

It means that you care enough about another person to be there when it counts; not just have one foot in the back door, ready to bail at the slightest hint of difficulty.

No, marriages aren't "fixed in heaven."

They aren't rocket science.

Any two mature, sane people can make a marriage work. It just takes some love, some compromise and a little give-a-$hit.

I think marriage are fixed or is not fixed in heaven is disputable with different logic's. But for sure any kind of marriage for eg love or arranged need two people to work together to lead to having success full marriage or else its a big waste.
If two people are failing to put an equal amount of effort to make it work then it will lead to failure and then does not matter its fixed in heaven or not.Spartan

Whether a marriage works over time or not is based on the free will of the two people involved.

If they are both working together, then it will work.

If they grow apart, then it won't feel like heaven at all!

No, they are not. Heaven is too busy with a lot of things and fixing marriages is not a top priority...seriously, there's no "perfect" marriage so there's no way it's fixed in heaven.

Yes,when God created us he formulated everything, and since family is god order yes he has our mate for us, but this is our lack of understanding, because we did not know we chose mates on our own, its called looking for love in all the wrong places. And its so deep that when pick our mate we still feel empty like something is missing thats we always continue to look whether married ,single but when God brings your mate into your life you will know because your heart will be content and complete there wont be a desire for anyone else.So that is my answer and its from personal experience after all my mistakes in looking I finally asked God to bring the man according to the desires of my heart now I have him and are happy, heart totally content.

I really never heard of that be4 but it sounds so sweet. It would be wonderful if it were true but I can't imagine that it is that would be too perfect and I think we would hear about stories about great loves of our life time. Let me no if there is any truth to that good luck.
