Just curious to hear about your favorite memory of an event or something that you have from your marriage.

I have a few of them myself that I can rank as my favorites.

1. My wedding day.
2. The day we found out my wife was pregnant with our oldest son.
3. The birth of our oldest son.
4. Finding out, and the birth of our daughter.
5. Finding out and the birth of our youngest son.
6. Renewing our wedding vows last summer.
7. Celebrating our 10 year anniversary last Aug.

Those are just a few for me.

There is this girl i like a lot. I am not timid and would normally jump in, but, all the guys that sit at my table in the cafeteria except me have asked her out. She has expressed annoyance to me about it. Do you think there is ever a good time for me to ask her out? Or do you think I will be another annoyance? (all the guys at my table are uber nerds except me and one other guy) I sit at the table to talk to this girl and two other girls that sit with me. I have been told that I am much cuter than the guys, but I don't know what my chances are. So? any Ideas?

I am Korean. I moved here when I was 5. My parents are very traditional. Of course they want me to end up with a Korean guy. No one in my family has ever married a white person. I have tried dating Asian guys, but the truth is, I have not found myself attracted to any of them. It is not that I have a problem with my own people. I think it is a beautiful culture and I have been back to my country several times and love it. It is just that, on a physical level I am not that attracted to them. Is that a problem? Whenever I date a white guy, my parents never, never find out. It would break their heart to know and i just dont know how to tell them.

I just got this email from my ex. I still love him, but I don't like his attitude. What do you think?
I don't want to have to feel like I have to call you because I feel forced. Our conversations don't feel the same way to me as before. I feel strained. This is partly because it is not important to me, I find myself running out of minutes. Maybe I am being heavy handed, but I cannot give you the time you want and the ability to say I can call you at this time. I would rather say, let me get back to you when I feel comfortable, rather than, tomorrow, because I know tomorrow I am going to be busy. There is no rush, either, to do anything, and if there was a rush, I would really need a good explanation...

My gf of about 4 months cheated on me while she was on vacation for 3 weeks.
Before she left we really said we loved each other. After talking a bunch her first week away she comepletely ignored me and I knew something was wrong. The worst part was she came home she acted very cold and posted an internet blog joking about a "fling" and with pictures with many guys. I got mad at her because I thought she was just being insensitive, and we talked about breaking up. At that point things suddenly relaxed and got so much better, maybe too much, because then she slipped out the truth.
After telling the truth, I was mad but tried to be understanding. She cried and apologized, but she wouldn't take down the blog. We didn't break up at then, but soon after I wrote her a bad email and we broke up. We both apologized and we will meet today to make peace.
I really think she has acted terrible, but I still want to be really nice to her...i was always so good to her. Am I being too nice?

So this guy that I loved a lot and been with for 1 year broke up with me and said that we'll be friends, then a week later he stopped taking my calls... I was very worried because he was depressed before breaking up with me and I wanted to stand by him and support him. a couple of weeks later I started sending text messages(over a few days), asking why he didn't want to be friends with me, he ignored me. I waited a month and couldn't take it anymore I sent him messages again, I even told him that I was still in love and that I just wanted to know what's up with his job (his biggest problem) he ignored me... a month later I put my number on private (hid it..) and called to hear him say hello (I missed him a lot) he knew t was me somehow.. He hung up and next day he called and started yelling telling me: NEVER EVER CALL ME AGAIN OR TEXT, LEAVE ME ALONE ETC...


I loved him and that's why I couldn't let go so easily. But him, will he think I was desperate ?

If I like a girl and have been showing signs, how can I tell if she likes me back? She's been giving me mixed signals in response - she stares back at me for the right amount of time, points her shoulders towards me, and laughs at all my jokes, but she does not smile when she talks to me, and we'd always become odd and look straight ahead if we encounter each other in the halls.

She is the sporty type of person who rarely talks to any boys. I wonder if she is just shy (like me), or are the signals truly mixed.

i'm 23yrs old and i've seen my mom go through some pretty crappy relationships and well my mom blames my dad for that. they had love life that would make married woman blush but my grandfather didnt approve. the day my dad went to confess his love for my mom and desire to make her his wife my grandfather sat in his chair with a rifle in his had and gave my dad two choices "leave alive or leave in a body bag". well my dad turn and ran the other way. years later i got in contact with my dad again and well to make a long story short a fool could see that the love they had has only gotten stronger over the years but the two of them are to scared of rejection to say anything. so my question is, should i put my nose in their business to help push things along? i hate watching the two of them, they seem so miserable but the wont talk about it either!***note*** they talk on a weekly basis about me and thier grandkids and other things but they wont open up thier hearts!

1 of my frndz is the greatest and he always helps me with everything and hes been VERY depressed and i want to help him alot cuz hes helped me through the hardest times in my life he closed all means of contact and i cant reach him at all and he keeps sayin im dying cuz of some thins and thats a suicidal thought i have tried talkin surprisin and pretty much everythign btu hes made it impossible to get in contact and it is because of his parents hes depressed
1 other friend is great but she has more than 1 best friend which i dont mind she always tells me shs here for me whenever i need her but when i do she kinda ignores me when i am happy(and i am a funny person) she talks to me and it seems she uses me to solve her own problems and uses my humor 4 herself also i dont really beleive she thinks of me as a frnd at all. shes special to me and its imposible for me to believe she's not close ive talked 2 her bout many problems but turns out shes not interested its hard to let her go

We have owned our house for almost 6 years. Is the law still the same do I have to sell the house if we get seperated or divorced? I want to be able to keep my kids in the house at least until they are 18 and then if it has to be sold I am fine with it. I make enough on my own to handle all the bills of the house. Please bear with me, I want you to see the whole pic. I've been pretty much single for a while and just been about my kids, school, and work. I Started talkin to this guy who resides n the city where I wanted to celebrate my 21st b-day. Anywayz we started off as penpals and when it came down to it I just wanted to know someone in the city me and my best friend were going too. We have been talking for some months and just met on the 21st of this month. Everything feels so right about him, I see flaws but I'm more flexible with him then I would be wit guys in my past. He meets me half way on things, there's chemistry, and he's able to handle my mood swings. I'm leaving tomorrow and we talked about what are we going to do from this point. He's in texas and I'm in minnesota, He kept saying that to me and just seem a little disturbed about it. Today he tells me that he only likes me as a friend and he didn't want to hurt my feelings because i seemed so happy. I don't believe him.

I'm just curious, dating in general just scares me from all of the horror stories my best friends have been through. All the guys in my area, go from intelligent conversationalists to bumbling idiots in 30 mins. Not to mention they all treat me like I'm just their friend, so I'm thinking about trying the online thing but I'm not going into anything blind.

I was talking to one of my guy friends on the phone, and he started breathing heavily like he was masturbating. Then, he said, "Just a second" and came back a few seconds later with regular breathing. Now, my friend does sometimes breathe hard, but never like THAT. And I know he doesn't have asthma.
