I am a senior citizen and can't get it up?

I want to be able to access public buildings that are more than one story in my wheelchair. Is their a specialized transportation mechanism besides elevators that have been developped?

what i will like to is this, if u think u can't get it up try your best to fight for it oak. I think just setting there and doing nothing about can't not help u. I think u should go out there and do the your best will get what u are looking for.That will be the best thing to do with your life. Just try your best to go for it. That is what i can tell u.

whats wrong with an elevator.. it meets ADA requirements...
